Nice, well-kept hotel with good amenities in the rooms, soft bedding, and easy access to the highway. There was a lot of highway noise due to proximity and the breakfast although hot was rather disappointing. Staff was friendly and my dog was welcome—we appreciated the poop bags provided outside the back door. Solid for a night's sleep on a road trip.

Staff was very helpful and nice. The stay was quiet an relaxing. Alot of places in walking distance. Even went out of there was to keep me in the same room for the 2 nights i was there. It was definitely one of the best an clean places ive stayed at in the area. Will definitely be going there again

Waited at front desk for almost 5 minutes to check in, finally stepped to end of counter to see if anyone in office. Young woman was on her phone and had no idea I was there all that time

Excellent location and comfortable hotel
Excellent hotel and location very near the exit on I-81 with easy access to gas stations and restaurants. The Mexican restaurant was excellent. Check-in agent (Morgan) was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable. Great stop for a car trip.

Room was freezing. They had no portable heaters We arrived at 130 am and I called the desk at 320 after giving enough time to see if heat would kick on. Only blowing cold air. Nice place but no help with heat in the middle of the night. We were leaving at 7 am so it didn’t make much sense to pack up and move in the middle of the night.

This property is in a good area for access to conferences, dining, and shopping. It is in need of refurbishing; however, we found our room to be clean and neat. One of the best things about the room was the accessible bath. There are multiple hand holds in the tub/shower, making it safer and easier for me to shower. Staff was friendly and professional, especially in the hotel's restaurant where we enjoyed an excellent breakfast.

Limited menu
Room was nice, but like all hotels, the furniture was uncomfortable. Heatherfields restaurant used to be good back in the day when they served prime rib, but now it's the same limited generic menu for all Holiday Inns. Disappointing.

Near interstate but it has lot of traffic sound because of poor insulation. For sure it was not worth of money one pays and will have hard time time to recommend to friend This need triple panel glass window and proper window insulation

Clean, comfortable, friendly
Made reservations via app and the check-in was fast and friendly. After driving all day, we were glad to have the in-house bar and restaurant. Welcoming bar area where we met some very nice folks, incl the Fri nite singer-songwriter. Our waitress was great (!!) & our dinner was good considering it was so late in the evening. Room was clean and comfortable. Dog-friendly! :-) We would stay here again on another north-south trip.
