Apreciado Rob En primer lugar agradecerle el tiempo en compartir su experiencia con nosotros. Me sorprende su comentario sobe el parking en cuanto este es un servicio que a diferencia de nuestros competidores ofrecemos de forma gratuita a nuestros clientes y que está situado delante de los mismos con acceso directo mediante subterráneo. En cuanto a la ubicación, comentarle que es algo que valoran positivamente nuestros clientes ya que que ante la evidencia de no estar en Barcelona centro sino en la costa, nos encontramos frente a la playa y disponemos de una parada de tren que se encuentra a 5' a pie y la cual le deja en el centro de Barcelona en 25'. Referente a la cafetera, también un servicio gratuito para nuestros clientes indicarle que una vez introducida la cápsula el aro debe bajarse 2 posiciones , una para el cierre y otra para el funcionamiento. En cuanto al agua de la ducha, pedirle disculpas, comentarle que fue un hecho ocasional que el agua no llegase con la temperatura deseada y que me entristece comprobar que aún tras acudir a su llamada de inmediato y proveer el agua más caliente pasados no más de 5 minutos aún así no supimos alcanzar su grado de satisfacción. Decirle que nuestro objetivo principales hacer vivir experiencias inolvidables a nuestros huéspedes y me siento mal por no haberlo conseguido con usted. Espero que vuelva a visitarnos para poder demostrarle que podemos ofrecerle un estancia como se merece Atentamente Esther
