We appreciate your review and were surprised that you did not contact management during your stay. We have staff available by phone, text, or email for any in-room concerns. We employee professional cleaners, maintenance staff, and have a very comprehensive pest control schedule suitable for the tropical environment in which we are located. We follow industry standard cleaning schedules, and any additional services or supplies would need to be ordered and paid for during your stay. The Plumeria Room is our most affordable garden view room with en suite bathroom located on a beautiful private estate by the ocean, offered as an affordable alternative retreat away from the traditional hotel experience for those who would prefer. Being a licensed B&B, we cannot have cooking facilities in the room, but we do have a microwave and bbq available. We do also have several items available on request, and would be happy to provide those when asked. We try to keep the guest units very private, so I do not normally bother guests unless requested.
