We do encourage guests to alert us of any issues during the stay so we can have the opportunity to address them and make them right. We can schedule carpet cleanings or other maintenance issues at a convenient time where you will be out of the condo. We are glad to hear you enjoyed the location and beautiful beach out front. Mahalo for your stay. Because the Polo Beach Club is a collection of privately owned oceanfront condos, there is no real central lobby/check-in office on property. For this reason, our management company has created a stand-alone guest services/check-in office in a convenient location on the way to the property where guests can be assured a smooth check-in and be greeted by our hospitality staff. Our Guest Services office is open seven days a week and available to assist with any guest needs and recommend on-island activities.
