음.. 가격이 그래도 조금 저렴한 편이라고 생각이 들지만 청소비?? 그게 생각보다 크게 나가서 가격메리트가 떨어집니다. 위치는 매우 조용하구요. 겨울에 고래를 볼수 있다고 하는데 저는 보지 못했습니다. 욕조에 샤워기가 해바라기라서 매우 불편합니다. (망할 해바라기!!) 올드한 느낌의 숙소라서 커플끼리 가기에는 조금 애매하고.. 가족끼리 그냥 편하게 밥해먹고 하기에는 좋을듯합니다. 근데 취사도구나 컵의 위생상태가 좋지 않아서 청결에 민감한 분은 아마 이용하기 어려울듯합니다.(와인잔을 제대로 씻질 않아서 그런지 립스틱 자국이 있었습니다.. 갓뎀..)

아주 좋았어요 수영장도 있고 특히 뷰가 너무너무 좋았어요 주변에 다른 건물들도 없어서 조용히 한것도 마음에 들어요 다만 하와이 특성상 청소비가 많이 나가서 좀 슬프네요

그냥 추천하고 싶진 않네요
일단 시설이 전체적으로 조금 오래된 느낌이 드네요. 저희는 처음 배정 받은 화장실에서 바퀴벌레 보고는.. 방 옮겼어요.. 그것도 직원이 바로 변경안해주고, 벌레 잡는 스프레이 준다고 하는거 싫다고 하고 바궜네요

I booked this property in December for a spring break trip with my children in April. Upon arrival the property is scattered with construction equipment and not what you want to see on a vacation in paradise. I figured i would bite my tongue and just enjoy my vacation without getting in a fight and just deal with the unsightlyness of the exterior of the property. We arrived on Friday and by Monday morning all hell broke loose. There were half a dozen workers with the constant sound of jackhammers that were so constant and loud that woke everyone up at 8 am. The noise was non stop until around 5 pm every day. I booked this property over 3 months ago and feel like expedia or outrigger could have at the least sent out an email to let me know there was construction going on and given me the option to book a different property. I feel like once they got my hard earned money and it was a non refundable booking they just figured they had me by the balls. This is by far the worst experience i have ever had on a vacation. The plan was to hang out by the pool for some quiet relaxation but that was impossible because of the constant jackhammering. The front desk was unapologetic and just treated it like it was normal and i should deal with it. The least they could have done is offer a discount but they didn't offer anything. I have stayed at this property about 6 times.this is the last time. I don't need some bs response from the property manager. Send me a refund.

No one said they were doing construction on the property and they started root hammering and making noise from 9:00-4:00 Monday thru Friday. A simple heads up would have been great and we would have moved our reservation elsewhere. My wife will never stay at another Outrigger property again because of lack of transparency.

Nice view, comfortable beds, however property is old and falling apart. Lost power for 24 hours and no shower due to lose of power and they had waterline issues. They charge for parking in their lot and there is no option to park anywhere else. Building needs major work as the concrete is cracked and sagging. They are working on updating but construction noise is annoying. Staff were very nice.

Amazing ocean view, we watched whales everyday. Really liked the warm swimming pool, could enjoy it even in the rain :-).

The room itself is current and clean. Washer and dryer in room is a big plus. The staff was ok, not the friendliest. The area is safe. We stayed February 2024, this hotel has no beach even though Expedia photos shows a nice beach. You will pay $15-18 usd a day for parking, even though Expedia says included . This hotel was under huge structural repair the entire time. Super noisy. The rooms facing North, will not have any sun on the deck in February. It was too windy and cool to even use our lanai. Also means no sunset from your Lanai if North facing. The water in the room is drinkable but has an odd taste. For this reason, the property has a water filter machine in the lobby. There are no beach chairs, so you would need to go rent these, $40/week for 2. Most other properties all include beach chairs. Overall experience was disappointing .

The fact that I had to pay for parking was a bit irritating. The hotel was extremely old and it shows. No restaurant on the property as advertised.

This was a lovely property in Kahana which is where we prefer to stay. Bed was excellent. Loved the view. Loved that it had a washer and dryer even tho we only used washer twice. We were able to dry towels etc daily. Nice warm pool as well. I would only suggest a few cooking items that were larger (like 1 large pot and frying pan) and perhaps a large bowl to toss a large salad. Nice dishes, pots and silverware. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall a nice place with a great view. We did see a cockroach type bug in our room. However we saw these bugs other places on the island so might be a season bug not a cockroach. There was a new amenity of a small fruit shack trailer by the pool. While we thought this was a nice addition it turned out to be a nuisance. The stand operators pretty much played with their child in the pool coming out to make a sale when a customer approached. One evening the shack owners had friends over for a pool party. They played loud Mexican rap music and security had to be called. Very unacceptable behavior and I hope the business is removed from the property. Perhaps something more professional or maybe rotating food trucks would be a nice addition since there is no restaurant on site.

The view from my ocean front room was amazing. The condition of the condo was very good. The parking lot was loud and difficult to find a place to park. I also would have liked to have a bigger pool.

Excellent spot to stay
Excellent. This NOT a hotel. We loved the condo feel and not a big hotel. Plan accordingly. Room was great. View was great. Swimming with turtles is awesome. Beach is perfect. Was told there is no beach in winter. We really enjoyed this location. If you are checking in late notify the condo ahead of time!! Loved that we could do laundry and cook.
