웨스틴 오션빌라 리조트는 오너쉽 위주라 항상 방이 예약 되는 편이라 저희가 체크인 했을 당시 방을 선택할 수 있는 초이스가 없었습니다. (뷰, 층수, etc.) 스위트룸에 묶었는데 굉장히 넓고 깨끗하고 부엌이 매우 유용했습니다. 하지만 1층에다가 courtyard를 보고있는 쪽이라 그런지 수풀이 많아 벌레가 많이있었고, 키친 쪽에 바퀴벌레 문제가 있어 고생했습니다. 그렇지만 스태프들이 매우 친절하고 신속하게 처리하도록 도와주었습니다. 그리고 리조트 fee가 따로 붙지않아 좋았습니다.

조식 초이스는 다른 호텔에서
가격이 우선 비쌌음. 쉐라톤 와이키키와 비슷한 가격임. 다른것은 다 비슷하지만 조식이 상당히 별로였음. 다만, 3개 호텔에서 조식을 선택할 수 있기에 만약 누군가 이호텔을 고르면 조식은 다른 호텔로 가서 먹으시길 ^^

Great place. Family oriented it. We had a great time. Room was clean and very spacious. Pool and beach are great for kids and grown ups. People in front desk were very friendly.

The hotel/resort was advertising the property with ocean view with Balcony. To our surprise there wasno ocean view or balcony that you can walk out to. It was a pop out balcony. Talking to the manager did not help either

The rooms were large and nicely appointed. Comfortable bed, roomy shower. We all loved the pool area and the proximity to the beach.

It is a beautiful oceanfront resort with direct access to mile long swimmable beaches. My favorite part is to swim with the turtles, see other fishes and coral reefs. Rooms/bathrooms are spacious and grounds are kept meticulously. My only issue is I booked and paid for an ocean view studio villa, but from my room I can barely see the ocean. The view of the ocean is mostly blocked by the building of the Westin Ocean Villas North Kaanapali. I in was in building 2 with odd room numbers. This side of the rooms should not be categorized and marketed as ocean views, they are rather resort views. I am not sure if partial refund is possible, but surely that would be the right thing for the resort management to do. Thank you.

Beautiful property. Nice Room. However; we paid for a ocean view and overlooked a pirate ship for children. We had no children with us and we were on a Anniversary trip. We asked to be moved and they moved us up 2 stories which wasn’t on the ground floor a improvement but still overlooked the pirate ship not garden or adult pool or ocean because it was blocked by the palm trees. Either pay for ocean front or go for a garden View. Ocean View isn’t worth the price upgrade.

I have been in Ka'anapali three times but this hotel was awful. First day: dirty sheets. Second day: needed a band aid and after couple of calls I was connected to security to get two band aids but no body showed up and I had to drive to buy two band aids. Third day: they took the pool towels from the room without any replacement and I had to spend a long time to get couple of pool towels. Fourth day: there was a baby dipper in the pool the entire day and they didn't clean the pool until next day and the dirty dipper was in the pool the entire time

The property is beautiful, shuttles make getting around easy. The beach is amazing The pricing all over Maui is just ridiculous especially coming from Canada, from charging $6 for a luggage trolley at the airport to $48 for a steak at the hotel. We love Hawaii and the people and understand the cost of shipping goods in ,but this can be a deterrent when looking at destinations, Mahalo

We paid for an ocean view room, and we could not see the ocean at all. The staff/manager on site made us feel like it was our fault for booking through Orbitz instead of directly through them. They did offer to change rooms, but we had to check out and be without a room until we could check into another room with a subpar view (they showed us a picture). We love have coffee/wine on the balcony and we PAID for an ocean view, so this was very disappointing especially since we can't come Maui often.

Overall our stay here was enjoyable. I had read some mixed reviews before going so I was a bit nervous. Turns out none of them were accurate. The Wi-Fi worked everywhere, the staff was great and the hotel in general was very well kept. My only complaint would be that Westin classified our ocean view room as ocean front which turned out to be the first 6 blocks of rooms from the ocean. I paid extra expecting a different view but in the end was still very happy.

Very beautiful views, very clean. Kid friendly! Lots to do, honestly really do not need to leave the property. Staff so friendly and helpful. They also offer a guest lounge and locker room/showers for you and your family to rest. This option was so helpful as checkout is at 10am and no late checkout available, out flight wasn't until 11pm! Because of this awesome perk, we were able to hangout on the property and use the pools, eat at the restaurants and go shower before our flight! Also, they will hold your luggage for you in the bellman area while you still have fun! Also offered if you arrive super early and your room is not ready yet. I do with they had room service, but both restaurants had to go order options available. Parking is tight. You have to squeeze out of your door if you have an SUV or minivan. Wish they also offered a Luau like some of the other hotels do. That was really the only reason why we left the property.

Timeshare property
During check in, we found out this was a timeshare property and not a hotel or spa resort. No option for upgrades and room was connected to another room. Occupants next door were very noisy and doors were thin. Poolside was very crowded and loud. No nearby grocery store, restaurants and shopping.

The property was very nice. We requested an ocean view but got a partial view. The sliding door was not opening for us at all. Probably because we were on the ground floor? I mentioned that this was my wife and I 38th anniversary. This was the best unit for Hotels.com customers.

Had no idea their ENTIRE pool area was closed for renovations. Entered this hotel excited for our honeymoon and we were highly disappointed. Construction noise during the day and no pool access at my own hotel. Cant forget the view of just all construction.

The ocean view room for this property is a scam. They have marked some partial ocean view room as ocean view room which you can't contest when allocated to you. Also, if you are not Marriott vacation rental member. Do not go to this property. It's not worth the price. Only good thing here is the beach access

Staff didn’t seem friendly, they either seem not happy with their jobs or just didn’t want to be here. We were forced by Expedia to book this property when they refused to honor the price online for the other Westin property. A lot of the amenities are reserved for timeshare owners only.

Innanzitutto non è un Hotel come presentato sul sito. È un residence,senza servizi di pulizia giornaliera , senza servizi in camera. 部屋の広さや設備は申し分なし。ロケーションも最高でした。 ただ４泊した中で一度もハウスキーピーングが入らず、当然タオルなどが足りなくなり、わざわざこちらから頼んで補充してもらわなければならなかったのは非常に不満でした。その時にハウスキーピングについても頼みましたが、とうとう次の日も入らずでした。 あとコロナの影響とは思いますが、レストランは敷地内に２軒しか営業しておらず、それもどちらもプールサイドバーのようなカジュアルレストランで、食事のバリエーションがあまりなかったです。 完全キャッシュレスでもあったので、現金が一切使用できないのも不便でした。(ただこれは利点と考える人もいるかも)
