I have to say I utterly loved this place and was not too sure about booking it when looking at everything that was available around the area. I have to say I am glad I rolled the dice on this one (and after checking Lonely Planet).
The people who run it are super nice, it's clean, it's quiet, the other people staying there seemed kind and considerate, and just in general it was probably nicest place and best value I stayed in in Hawaii.
The fact it has direct beach access to Napili Bay is fantastic and everything seems well thought out.
The only niggling thing I can spot it on (and this seems unfair as it is obviously set up for self-catering) is that there are not many food options around if you don't have a car. The Seahouse restaurant down the beach was mediocre and overpriced (though portions were huge and staff were fine) and the Gazebo is only open for breakfast and there is a literal lineup for the place at 7am in the morning. Good, huge breakies and nice staff, but not sufficient to cause that line. =]
