We are sincerely sorry there was trouble accessing the Wi-Fi in the condo. We have sent a text message to check if the check-in process went smoothly and we did not hear a response. Our contact number is found on the text message as well to call us for any assistance during your stay. The on-site property front desk is closed on the weekends, however, Maui Condo & Home - Maui Kamaole is available every day from M-F 8am-5pm and Sat-Sun 8am-4pm. Aloha Robert, Thank you so much for your review. I'm so sorry to hear this list of concerns. We did take your call on the third day before your arrival and our agent notified you that there were "no other units available," not that we were "unwilling" to switch your room. Unfortunately, you booked through a third party and not through our website directly, so you did not purchase the privilege of choosing your own room. I also want to say I am very confused about the bedding issues. We sent you a message the day after you arrived that ended with "Please do call our Maui Condo and Home office if we can be of any assistance to you throughout your stay," to which you also replied "Aloha!". This taken into account, by then you would have communicated with us through phone call, email, and text so I am very sorry your kids had to endure a rough night sleep. This would have been fixed immediately if we only knew about it. It seems as though this information was withheld only for an opportunity to leave a review because as we stated, we were a phone call away. We would have loved to deliver a new mattress or mattress topper to you if we were only given the opportunity. Lastly, while the property has no obligation to stop construction on our guests account, if you did call/text/email us at any of the avenues you have used before, we would have loved to offer you a room at another property so you wouldn't have to endure those noises. Ultimately, we are grateful for your review of the condo and the property. Maui Kamaole really is a wonderful complex right across from beautiful beaches. It is very unfortunate that we were unaware and unable to fix these issues before your departure. I hope you were otherwise able to enjoy your stay. Best,

Aloha Linh! I am so sorry something seems to be misunderstood. In case we need to clarify further, or future guests should know of how this situation unfolded, I will elaborate here. We were unable to resolve the unexpected A/C issue while you were in-house and we offered you compensation. You threatened to cancel your trip to which we said we would refund the unused nights. You never mentioned mold and cleanliness, so it seems these were tacked on to the complaint list as there was miscommunication on the resolution to this issue. We did try to work with you, offer you other options and even bring you a fan as last resort. I hope you were otherwise able to take pleasure in your Maui vacation.
