1. 샤워기 물이 제대로 안나옴 2. 방음이 안되는 구조 3. 거실 불이 소등되지 않고 붉은색 미등 식으로 남아있음 연인 단위 보다는 가족단위에게 더 추천될 숙소입니다. 주변 풍경을 봤다면 평가가 올라갔을수도 있는데 밤 풍경만 봐서 풍경에 대해서는 덧붙일 말이 없네요 시설 하자가 있었는데 체크인 카운터가 7시까지만 운영해서 제기하기가 좀 애매했습니다

좋은 추억을 남겨준 리조트
이 리조트는 정말 마우이에서 생활하는 듯한 느낌을 줍니다. 식기와 조리도구가 모두 있어서 음식을 해먹을 수 있습니다. 조금 낡고 사용감이 있는 가구가 편안한 느낌을 줍니다. 에어컨이 있지만 첫날 하루 틀고 다음날부터는 그냥 테라스 유리문을 열고 생활했는데, 그게 더 하와이답고 기분 좋았습니다. 밤에는 별이 잘 보여요. 파도소리가 크게 들리지만 그것도 낭만이네요. 잠은 잘 잤습니다. 직원들 대체로 친절합니다. 가제보 레스토랑도 모두 유쾌합니다. 마우이의 자연을 느끼기에 모든 면에서 좋았어요. 저는 다시 가고 싶지만, 개인 취향에 따라 평가가 갈릴 것 같네요. 낡은 시설을 싫어하는 분에게는 추천하지 않습니다.

뷰가 환상적인 숙소
호텔보단 콘도 느낌이고요. 식기나 조리도구 등이 완벽히 갖춰져 있습니다. 밖에 바베큐장도 많이 있고요. 그리고 여긴 가제보 레스토랑과 뷰만으로도 가치가 있습니다. 가제보 레스토랑은 꼭 오픈 30분전에 가서 줄 서세요. 더 늦으면 수영장을 둘러싸는 줄을 구경하실수 있습니다. ㅎㅎ 시내와 좀 멀긴 하지만 추천합니다

자연친화적이고 깨끗하고 조용했습니다. 주차하기도 편했고 주방공간엔 다양한 조리도구와 식기류가 있어 좋았습니다. 하지만 쇼파형침대의 매트리스는 불편해서 4인가족 이용하기 좀 불편했습니다. 거의 동쪽 끝에 있어 주요관광지를 다니기엔 이동거리가 좀 있었습니다.

가까운 거리에 마트도 있고, 숙소 바로 앞에 비치도 있고, 조용하고 너무너무 행복한 시간이였습니다. 파도소리 들으면서 잠들던 시간들이 그립습니다. 직원분도 친절하시고, 맛집 가제보레스토랑도 있고^^ 2박하는 동안 너무 행복했습니다. 객실에 요리해먹을 수 있는 도구들이 다 갖춰져 있어서 장봐와서 요리해먹고,, 다시 하와이 간다면 꼭 다시 방문할 계획입니다

너무 아름다웠던 호텔
콘도형식으로 숙소도 조용하고 예쁜 조경에 바로 앞에 나필리 베이가 있고, 수영장도 예뻐서 최고입니다. 건물이 좀 오래되었다고 느낄수도 있지만, 사용할때 전혀 문제 안되어요. 다음에 또 여기로 예약할꺼예요!! 최고!!

멋진 풍경이 있는 호텔
발코니에서 보이는 오션뷰가 정말 좋았습니다. 가끔 발코니에 새가 찾아와 쉬다 가기도 합니다. 에어컨이 없다고해서 걱정했는데 생각보다 날씨가 선선해서 괜찮았습니다. 무엇보다 바다와 가까워서 정말 좋았습니다. 그리고 리조트에 식기도구가 모두 갖춰져 있어 편리했습니다. 아쉬운 점은 숙소가 조금 낡았다는것과 객실 청소를 자주 안한다는 것입니다. 5일 내내 한번도 청소를 안했더라구요. 그것만 개선한다면 정말 좋은 숙소입니다.

대가족 8명이서 방2개잡고 머물다 갑니다 가제보 식당 꼭 한번 가보세요 오믈렛, 볶음밥, 마카다미아 핫케익 바베큐도 가능하고 해변이 바로앞에 있어 너무 좋습니다 가만히 앉아있으면 혹등고래가 이동하는것도 볼 수 있습니다 풀업 베드가 2개나 있어 편안하게 머물다 갑니다 청소는 4일에 1번이라 요청하셔야해요

가성비 좋은 아름다운 숙소
바로 앞에 해변이 있고 유명한 브런치집이 있으며 한적하고 조용한 시골마을로 힐링 온 기분을 느낄 수 있습니다~마우이의 자연에서 쉬며 즐기고 싶다면 가성비 대비 정말 좋은 곳이지 싶습니다. 모든 가구가 오래됐지만 깔끔한 편입니다!!라하이나도 차로 15분 거리에 있으며 근처 유명 해변들 나들이에도 좋은 위치입니다. 외국사람들은 길게 몇주씩 여기서 쉬는거 같습니다. 장기 투숙에 이만한 곳은 없을 것 같네요

천정에 팬이 있어서 에어컨이 없어도 충분히 시원해요. 호텔느낌보다는 깔끔한 가족형 콘도에 가까운 느낌이고 음식을 해먹을 수 있어요. 프론트 직원들도 친절하고 해변도 가깝습니다. 2층 건물인데 캐리어를 올릴 수 있는 엘레베이터가 따로 없는 점은 단점이지만, 주차장도 넓고 조용했어요. 가제보 레스토랑에서 무료음료도 제공됩니다.

아름다웠던 Napili Shores
Napili Shores는 오래된 호텔이지만 주변 환경이 너무 아름다웠고 cozy하고 아름다운 호텔이었습니다. 작지만 2개의 pool과 BBQ grill도 있고 침대 또한 매우 크고 푹신했습니다. 특히 sun bed에 누워 바라본 석양의 모습은 아직도 잊혀지질 않네요. 아침에 새소리를 듣고 잠에서 깬 기억도 너무 아름다웠습니다. resort fee도 없고, 주차도 무료인 이곳은 정말 다른 특급호텔 체인들과 비교해도 부족한것이 없어보였습니다. 다음에 마우이에 방문한다면 좀 더 오래 이곳에 머물 예정입니다.

콘도와 같이 주방과 오븐이 있고 호텔내 정원 곳곳에 바베큐 시설이 있어서 마트에서 고기 사와서 구워먹어도 됩니다. 석양이 아름다웠고 수영장도 있어서 가족이 와서 머물기에 좋은 호텔 같습니다.

Near the Napili bay.
Wifi is very fast even free! Never go to Haleakala for sunset. You can watch same sunset at the this resorts background! Most of all near the Napili bay! and perfact kitchen!

Great view of the ocean from our room, easy access to Napili Beach and within walking distance to Kapalua Beach. Great snorkeling! Property did not was quiet and did not seem busy. Property and room was very clean. Front desk could use a little bit more Aloha.

Tye surrounding area was beautifully landscaped with exotic trees and greenery. Room was nice, with a spacious kitchen. The AC temp was set at min 74 and could not be decreased! Tiny roaches coming out of the bathroom closet after lights out

We love the location of the property and the Beautiful grounds. Being right on the water, had easy and amazing views of the ocean, the whales, and sunsets. Easy to get to nearby grocery stores and cafes. Very comfortable for two in our one bedroom unit with everything we needed in the kitchen for preparing simple meals. Mostly quiet at all times of day and night but rooms on the parking lot can have disturbances, which we experienced during our stay. Also, hard to have a very dark room for sleeping because of lighted walkways. If you have the windows open to allow a breeze, then you can't close the shutters to make it more dark. Perhaps my only complaint. Both on-site restaurants have good and tasty offerings. Definitely do take out from the Gazebo instead of waiting in line! would stay here again.

The property was really nice and well maintained. We had a room with a kitchen which was very nice. Full kitchen and fully stocked. Our issue was the walls were very thin between the rooms. We could hear their alarm go off in the morning, one morning they chatted with someone on speaker phone and we could hear everything the person on speaker was saying. We also had ants in our room which was warned about, and they did come spray but we ended up taping the grout where they were coming in so the counter was covered in them.

My daughter and I really enjoyed this property. This was our first time on Maui and when we come back will definitely stay at Napili Shores. This area is quiet with amazing ocean front views. The restaurant on-site serves amazing breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. If crowds, high rise resorts and shopping are your thing, this isn’t your place (although you can find those things fairly close). If quiet and relaxing is more your speed, then definitely consider Napili Shores.

The resort itself was good, but we were assigned a room next to a room undergoing renovations at right hand side with contractor started to work loudly at 8am, and with a neighbour room at left hand side having a baby started crying at 6am every morning during our stay. We tried to ask front desk to switch a room but they always found reasons not to do it....so we ended up with suffering of bad sleeping quality for all 3 nights. Will definitely not coming back to the resort with poor quality of service!

My 1 week stay was perfect, the hotel exceeded all expectations. The room was awesome with a front view to the ocean, complete kitchen fully equipped with appliances and utensils. Location is perfect, in one of the best beaches at Maui, grocery stories nearby, the hotel is very well taken care, nice staff. I strongly recommend this hotel if you go to Maui for both, family trip or couples.

We had a fantastic stay! The room was surprisingly pest-free, save for a few fruit flies, which was impressive considering the location. The furniture, though a bit older, was clean and well-maintained. Beach was a few steps away too! With a shop to rent beach/snorkeling equipment right next to the main building. The peaceful atmosphere was a plus, with enforced quiet hours from 10pm to 8am and no noisy children around. The only minor issue was the unconventional operating hours. At one point, we were unable to get beach towels, and on our arrival at 5pm, the main desk attendant had already left, though check-in starts at 3pm. We received a temporary door code and had to complete our official check-in the next day. The timing was slightly inconvenient, but overall, I would definitely recommend this place!

The only thing i didn't like was the soap and the shampoo in here, the soap was very dring so was the shampoo. Everything else was perfect.
