Hotel zit boven een supermarkt. Hotel was redelijk, wel waren er veel dingen stuk en was de hygiëne niet goed. De jacuzzi was snel vies en was niet gevuld bij aankomst. De airco was de laatste 2 dagen aan het lekken, dit werd zo ongeveer opgelost. Materialen om te koken waren niet goed.

Läget var det allra bästa med detta hotell. Ca 150 m till två olika stränder. Vi bodde i en stor lägenhet längst upp. Den var väldigt rymlig och fungerade utmärkt för en familj på fem personer. Havsutsikten var underbar. Personalen var mycket hjälpsamma och trevliga. En annan fördel är närheten till den stora mataffären (ligger i samma byggnad). Enda riktiga mataffär i hela byn. Poolen är inte så stor men fyller sin funktion väl.

It was clean and well looked after. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much. I would definitely recommend this property. The walk to the beach is 5 minutes. There are fantastic local resturants nearby. The Thai across the road is very good. The noodles and the shwarma on the beach is excellent.

Nice apartment.
Spacious appartments with bedroom, kitchenette and living room. A small balcony (if not choosing a penthouse, because then you have your own jacuzzi on it). A small pool, not that much space. Hotel is just beside a grossery store where you can get all what you need. Walking distance to public beach.

Au niveau des repas, nous avons trouvé que les quantités servie était minime: 2 brochettes de poisson en entrée, 1 peu de riz blanc, 1 petite cuisse de poulet au curry, 2 feuilles de salade non assaisonné et un flan le tout pour 350 roupis. Nous avons demandé un coca de 1 litre qui nous à été ramené et que nous avons payé 200 roupis soit 5.12€. Cela donne un peu l'impression d'être pris pour un larbin lorsque l'on se rend compte que le repas en euro étais à 8.97 €.

Zuerst das Positive: Das Hotel ist ideal gelegen... direkt über einem gut sortiertem Supermarkt mit guter Bäckerei und Bankomat. Alle guten Retaurants von Pereybere in max. 5 min Geh-Distanz. Zum Strand läuft man ebenfalls keine 5min, Früchtehändler und mehrere Tauchbasen sind auch nicht weiter weg. Der Pool ist sehr schön und macht Spass, es gibt einen Aufzug, sodass man keine Koffer schleppen muss. Bushaltestelle passt ebenfalls und bei Bedarf vermittelt das Personal Taxis für Touren (unbedingt handeln...) Jetzt zum Negativen: Wir hatten eine 'executive suite'... das war aber ein Witz. Was bringt mir ein Marmorbad mit muffig riechender Massagedusche, wenn die beiden Schlafzimmer keine Fenster haben und die Beleuchtung einen am hellichten Tage eindämmern lässt? Lüften in der Nacht ist NICHT möglich!!! Es gibt zwar Klimaanlagen (3 Stück) aber die Ventilatoren und Wärmetauscher stehen übereinander gestapelt auf dem Balkon und machen es unmöglich dort zu sitzen, weil man dort mit 40Grad+ angepustet wird.. Das Putztpersonal liebt es im Treppenhaus und dem Gang herum zuschreien, mal nach dem Tauchen'ne Runde dösen war kaum möglich. Dafür wurde der Balkon nie gefegt.. Alles in allem wirkt alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Noch alles funktionabel aber so richtig wohl haben wir uns nicht gefühlt... Wir waren schon mehrfach in Pereybere aber dieses Hotel würden wir nicht mehr buchen.. die Bilder sind definitiv toller als die Wirklichkeit

A éviter absolument !!
Hôtel très simple pour dormir uniquement mais pas pour y séjourner en famille .... 1ère impression, odeur désagréable dès qu'on franchi la porte.... armoire dégageant également une odeur assez forte .... au point où jai même du demander un vaporisateur afin de me rendre la nuit vivable !!! 1er jour pas d'Internet et douche cassée.... salle de bain inondée après la 1ère douche. Réclamation faite.... ils ont enlevé le pommeau de douche au lieu de la remplacer ! Internet ne fonctionnait toujours pas dans la chambre après 2 jours ..... j'ai remonté l'info 5 fois sur 4-5 jours et ce même avec le propriétaire mais rien n'a été fait ou en tout cas améliorer ! Du coup j'ai arrêté de réclamer, c'était perdu d'avance !! Petit déjeuner très très simpliste .... pour le prix Le seul Point positif c'est Kevin au petit déjeuner, très sympa et serviable ! Je ne conseillerais jamais cet établissement..... c'est la 1ère que je suis autant déçu d'un hôtel sur Hôtels.com

très bon accueil, hôtel proche de toutes commodités, surtout le commerce situé en dessous de l'hôtel. Surtout pour les personnes qui souhaitent se loger en toute indépendance et pouvoir en rentrant profiter d'une piscine dans un cadre agréable. La possibilité de cuisiner dans l'appartement et disposer d'un frigo pour avoir des boissons fraîches à tout moment et au moindre coût est un plus très appréciable. Les nouveaux propriétaires sont très agréable et prêts à rendre service dès que possible. La piscine avec ses jets qui permettent un massage des épaules est une vrai merveille !!! Attention au soleil, sur les transats !!! Il faudrait juste rajouter un ou deux parasols. Par contre, le ménage est limité et il faut gérer la propreté de l'appartement comme s'il s'agissait du sien, en faisant attention de ne pas en mettre de partout, pour pouvoir bien en profiter.

1st room was not cleaned and ready for our arrival 2nd had no working air con 3rd had dirty sheets that were never changed, mouldy shower, hot water that took 5 mins to run, just to name a few things. Staff was rude and didn't clean properly Just terrible. Would NEVER stay or recommend there.

Bekvämt, trevligt och nära allt
Rent och snyggt, fin pool, trevlig personal och framför allt närheten till två fina stränder, välsorterat supermarket vägg i vägg och restauranger, pharmacia, frisör mm. Det som drar ner en smula är att det tog tid att få allt som behövdes till köket, spis och kniv t ex. Utsikten kunde också vara bättre, men vi har trivts väldigt bra de dryga två veckor vi bott här.

Find somewhere else
The booked room, was not available and we were placed in a lesser room. The plumbing was faulty, the air conditioning was faulty, there were cockroaches in the room and the staff is at best inattentive. One of the rooms on the floor seems to be rented out as a commercial kitchen. Do not ruin your stay on this great island by staying in this "hotel".

Lots of potential, not quite there yet.
Bur Nas is a curious apartment block. It's trying to be upmarket but failing, with fake plastic urns and plastic flowers everywhere. The room itself is spacious and has lots of potential to be great, but isn't quite there yet. We were not convinced the hot tub water was freshly changed, it looked very murky and 'used'. It also doesn't heat up, as far as we could work out (all the symbols on the buttons had worn off). One bedroom was ensuit but beware it only has a urinal - not an actual toilet, very bizarre?! Lots of bits were a bit on the shabby side: no cover on one of the sofa cushions, no remotes for the air conditioners so we all had to share one. The new owner was very pleasant and spoke about his plans for refurbishment: once this is done this will be a fantastic place to stay. Couldn't fault location. There's a supermarket below the apartment but it's not noisy at all, and actually very convenient. We would have appreciated some of the finer touches: like washing up liquid and a tea towel in the kitchenette: yes, of course it was easy to purchase these ourselves but for a three night stay it seemed a bit much. And some sort of drying line/rack outside as there's very little furniture on the balcony and you end up covering everything with beach towels and sandy swim gear. Overall, we'd recommend if you're prepared for these small detrimental parts.

Photos on the internet do not reflect the quality of the room you receive. Hard to believe the building was apparently opened in 2011, because everything is falling apart. Location is great above a big Winner's Supermarket, but service from the staff is quite lacking. For days, there was no internet in the rooms as they tried and failed to repair the system. Cleaning the room costs extra (100 per day), and the cleaners do not clean thoroughly. They did not even replace toilet paper or bedsheets sometimes, and when asked to bring more toilet paper, they promised to do so but never did and after 1 day we ended up buying our own. Cooking facilities in the room are inadequate, 2 cheap electric rings that take a long time to cook food. Even the kitchen utensils and cutlery provided are very insufficient. So-called "security" is weak, as the gate leading to the parking of Winner's Supermarket is open 24 hours a day. The security guard is reading all the time in his room. Different parts of the room constantly keep falling off. So-called "gold" taps in the bathrooms look tarnished and 20 years old. You open the tap and it falls apart. The bathroom door started disintegrating. Everything looks old and worn, even though it was apparently opened in 2011. They are trying to make improvements, but it's taking a long time and improvements made are mostly only in the outdoor area. The best point is the nice swimming pool and proximity to Pereybere beach. The overall rating is 6 out of 10

Le séjour a été très agréable. La nouvelle gérance s'est mis en quatre pour pallier à tout car ils viennent de reprendre l'établissement et donc font tout leur possible pour remettre à niveau et à neuf le matériel il faut donc prendre en compte cela je suis sure que bientôt le service sera améliorer car ils mettent du cœur à l'ouvrage et font tout leur possible afin de vous donner satisfaction.

La chambre est simple mais propre. Le standing n'est pas celui d'un quatre étoile mais l'hôtel a changé récemment de propriétaire, des nouveaux aménagements et travaux sont mis en place. La réception s'est occupée de nous réserver des sorties et a très bien répondu à nos exigences.

The stay in the hotel was not great as there were a shortage of towels, toilet paper, drinking glasses, tea/coffee cups and mugs, cooking pots and utensils, 1 air conditioner not working in that heat. Otherwise the stay was fantastic outside the hotel.

Appartement pratique pour une famille avec enfants
Facilité de faire les courses avec la superette au rez de chaussée. Petit déjeuner servi en retard donc il vaut mieux se le préparer soi même; possibilité d'achat de viennoiseries et de pains frais à 8h. Personnels pas bienveillants ( ménage faite 1 seule fois pendant 1 semaine avec demande insistante) sauf Nilesh qui a été extraordinaire et disponible au moindre problème et à chaque demande. Appartement spacieux, ayant besoin de dépoussiérage de meuble ( surtout la salle de bain, paroi de douche sale et crasseuse) ; et pourtant l'immeuble n'a que 2 ans. Certaine chambre sent le renfermé et le moisi car pas de fenêtres. Ustensiles stricte minimum, incomplètes, pas de torchons. À 3'de la plage et de restos. À 5' de marche de l'arrêt de bus et de taxis Tranquilité gâchée par des enfants bruyants dans le couloir après 22h pendant le week end.

Das Positive am Anfang: Das Personal ist sehr sehr hilfsbereit & bemüht unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Negativ: Die Beschreibung der Zimmer im App. Hotels.com stimmt leider nicht. Nicht alle sondern nur !!! die Deluxe Zimmer haben Yacuzzi am Balkon & Premien TV. Alle anderen Zimmer im ersten Stock haben eine ganz normale Ausstattung. Die Ausstattung der Küche ( auch Deluxe ) reicht ausschließlich zum Frühstück herrichten. Der Herd ist ein uralter tragbarer zwei Spiralen Herd welcher sich wegen Überhitzung alle paar Minuten abschaltet. Nudelwasser im Topf dauert ca 45`und nach Zugabe der Nudeln hat es nie wieder zu kochen begonnen. Die Pfannen / Töpfe wenn vorhanden alt und ungustiös. Wir hatten kein einziges Glas in unserem Zimmer. Auch die Sauberkeit war grenzwertig...... Die Restaurants in der Umgebung sind sehr spärlich und wir fanden nur einen genießbaren Chinesen. Seaview ist Vergangenheit denn es wird gerade ein zweistöckiges Haus genau in Blickrichtung Meer errichtet. Auch der Strand ist mindestens 5 Gehminuten entfernt und mit Sicherheit nicht der schönste auf Mauritius. Warum meine Bewertung nicht schlechter ausfällt ist weil sich der Manager / Besitzer extrem bemüht hat unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen.

Très bon séjour
Appartement de 70 m2 avec deux chambres climatisés et un coffre fort dans la chambre. Un frigo qui fonctionne très bien. L'immeuble est au calme. Douche à l'italienne. Petit déjeuner près de la piscine copieux avec pain, confitures, yaourt, viennoiserie, jus de fruits, fruits et fromage. L'hotel est juste au dessus du supermarché WINNERS très pratique pour les courses. Hotel très calme et personnel à notre disposition. 7 à 8 restaurants à moins de 100 mètres de l'hotel. Plage plubique a 100 mètres de l'hotel avec possibilité de transat (moyennant paiement)

Très bien situé, proche plage et restaurants
Séjour très agréable. La proximité du restaurant wang thai est très appréciable pour le diner.
