아기를 위한 공간(우유, 과일, 전자레인지, 젖병 워머)가 따로 있어서 좋았어요. 혹시 아기 침대가 나무 재질일까봐 챙겨갔었는데(다른 호텔은 나무 재질 아기침대가 간혹 있는데 그러면 자꾸 부딪혀서 아기가 깨요) 메쉬재질이어서 아기도 잘 잤어요.

Severe food poisoning at Beachcomber
Beware of the sea food at this Beachcomber Resort. We arrived on Friday and went to dinner around the end of service - 8:50 pm. I woke up around 1 a.m. with food poisoning symptoms. The hotel was quick to get a doctor to the room. Upon evaluation, the doctor immediately called an ambulance and rushed me to the hospital at 2 a.m. with lights on. I’m a healthy 30-something but BP was already 144/89 due to the food poisoning. The medical care I received at the hospital was first class. My only disappointment lies in the management at the Beachcomber. I was passed around between managers until the communications director informed me there was nothing to be done because it would indicate liability. My only ask was to cover the $600 hospital bill for the food poisoning. He threatened to respond to a negative review - which I invite. Nevertheless - I would recommend Mauritius to anyone seeking a paradise. The Mauritian people are as genuinely kind and welcoming as their reputation suggests. Go - but I would stay away from this resort. I

Mieux qu'un hôtel à Maurice !
Magnifique séjour. C'est mieux qu'un hôtel ! le personnel fait tout pour rendre le séjour agréable et réussit parfaitement. Tous les membres du personnel sont à féliciter. Un petit bémol : les kayaks sont très inconfortables et indignes d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. Il serait urgent et nécessaire de les remplacer par du bon matériel. Il faut rappeler à la direction que RTM est la marque de référence en la matière !

Personnel (Nick, Paintoo ? et bien d'autres) d'une rare gentillesse et extrêmement attentionné, vraiment aux petits soins, toujours souriant dans un cadre incroyable avec une végétation luxuriante, une propreté impeccable. Nourriture excellente, très variée, viennoiseries du matin meilleures que dans certaines boulangeries françaises ! Possibilité de manger dans 2 autres restaurants que celui du buffet. Le Navigator vaut vraiment le détour !! Merci beaucoup d'avoir préparé la purée pour notre bébé midi et soir !! Nombreux transats à disposition à la piscine et à la plage avec de l'ombre aussi (kids and baby friendly). Possibilité de faire de nombreuses activités à la case nautique, équipe très sympa et patiente pour donner des cours (ski nautique et planche à voile, merci !!), tous les matins : aquagym dans une super ambiance. Et circuit mini-golf très sympa aussi ! Dur de quitter cet endroit où on se sent si bien, j'espère que nous reviendrons !!...

Sehr schönes Hotel mit durchweg freundlichem Personal. Service und Sauberkeit waren sehr gut. Das Essen war vielseitig und lecker, es gab viele lokal angehauchte Speisen, aber auch immer internationale Klassiker. Besonders positiv erwähnenswert ist die Möglichkeit, tagsüber ohne Anmeldung (zumindest bei All-inclusive auch kostenlos) verschiedene Wassersportaktivitäten auszuüben (Segeln mit Laser-Jollen, Kajak, Windsurfen, Wasserski, SUP, Tretboote etc.). Die Buchung von All-inclusive empfiehlt sich unseres Erachtens. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist kein gut erreichbarer Supermarkt, sodass man ohnehin auf die Hotelgetränke zurückgreifen muss.

Die Anlage ist super, sowohl vom Angebot als auch vom Design und Zustand. Das Essen war sehr lecker, frisch und abwechslungsreich! Nun das Negative: Baden im Meer ist fast nicht möglich, weil das Wasser sehr flach ist und viele Steine / kleine Riffe hat. Aber noch schlimmer bzw wirklich schlecht war unser Bett. Die Matratze war bretthart, so dass ich jeden Morgen Rückenschmerzen hatte und spätestens nach 4-5 Schlaf wach wurde. Ich muss leider sagen, dass wir das Hotel nicht mehr buchen, bevor die Matratzen getauscht worden sind. Das war wirklich ein absoluter Erholungsverlust, sehr sehr schade!

WE have some of the most beautiful beaches just minutes away on either sides of the resort which always please our guests. We regret that you had an issue with your mattress. Usually we are very prompt to listen to any request from our guests and if we were made aware of it, our housekeeping team would have done the needful. Je séjourne habituellement au Trou aux biches. Ce n'est pas du tout le même standing. Les couloirs qui amènent aux chambres ne sont pas dignes du canonnier, on dirait un couloir de type novotel ou ibis et il faut au plus vite refaire les salles de bain et en particulier le coin baignoire de la 240 qui est lamentable. Les exterieurs de l'hotel sont très bien, le service également et le spa fabuleux. Donc il ne manque pas grand chose pour que l'hotel soit de très bon niveau. Restaurant Navigator excellent

Helt vildt fantastisk ophold. Hotellet ligger så smukt og sceneriet på hotellet er også gennemført. Meget smukt og hyggeligt. Personalet var de sødeste og gjorde alt for at alle følte sig velkomme og godt behandlet. Deres finest opgave var at gøre vores ferie fantastisk - det var meget tydeligt at de var en fælles kultur da alle var utrolig søde. Hvis der skal siges noget negativt var det at menuen på Navigator (restauranten) forblev den samme (den bliver ikke udskiftet i 6 måneder) hvilket gør at når du er der i 14 dage at menuen bliver noget ensformigt. Men maden var ellers så fin - så det er ikke kvaliteten der fejlede noget.

Great place to relax. All property is in an excllet condition. All the staff is very nice. The restaurants are very good too especially the italian (Serenata). The beaches are ok but you need shoes if you go to the sea. There are a lot of lounge chairs at the beach and around the pool. The wifi is very good at all the property. it would be nice if there were more options to eat at the bar and the drinks were coolers.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Anöage ist schön angelegt, die Aktivitäten wie Wasserski, Schnorcheln, SUP, Minigolf usw. sind alle inklusive und machen großen Spaß. Das Essen ist besonders hervorzuheben. Sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen boten eine super Auswahl auch an regionalen Speisen die alle sehr schmackhaft gemacht waren! Getränke sind eher teuer und nicht so hochwertig wie das Essen. Die Anlage und die Zimmer sind modern gestaltet und grundsätzlich sauber. Schaut mal aber genau hin, könnte hier und da mal mit etwas Farbe nachgebessert werden. Das sind aber nur Kleinigkeiten, die wir uns bei den doch Hochpreisigen Zimmern etwas anders erwartet hätten, die dem Aufenthalt aber keinen Abbruch getan haben. Insgesamt ein rundum schöner Urlaub, auch ohne All Inclusive.

Beautiful hotel with nice and newly renovated rooms. Sunchairs surprisingly simple and uncomfortable. Restaurants very nice, but I would have liked a pool bar with simpler lunch food like on Mauricia Beachcomber. Also beware that the a la carte restaurants need to be booked in advance and fill up quickly. All in all a lovely stay with a luxurious feel!

Bon accueil, ensemble correct pour un 4*, beauté des lieux. Le gros hic est le problème d'insonorisation dans les chambres : dès que vous avez du passage dans le couloir ou des jardiniers avec leur tracteur bruyant à l'extérieur, vous l'entendez très bien : pour un 4*, c'est incorrect.

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel, netter Empfang riesiges Familien Apartment mit 70 m² und großer Terrasse. Sehr sauber, ordentlich, toller Service unglaublich nette Staff, besonders in den Restaurants. Das Buffet lässt keine Wünsche offen, Halbpension ist meines Erachtens vollkommen ausreichend. PADI Tauchschule vor Ort, Auch dort alle sehr nett, schöne Tauchgänge, sehr viele kostenlose Wassersportmöglichkeiten. Gerne wieder!
