Estuvimos muy agusto. Planta baja vista al jardín, cerca de la alberca, solo las regaderas y baños son un tanto no tan accesible para silla de rueda pero se puede uno acomodar.

I liked the staff. They were very nice and helpful. Loved easy access to the beach. The only thing I noticed that one of the elevators did not line up with the floor level on the fifth floor causing me to trip walking off the elevator. Overall, would recommend this hotel.

The property was nice, the staff was courteous and attentive. They do "nickel & dime" you quite a bit. Charge $20-$30 for bottled water - in the room and dining!

Fairly well-maintained older property. Room was good size and cleaning staff did a great job. Street noise is quite loud. Food is ok. But lots of good dining options in walking distance. Within walking distance of start of Malecon.

Es un lugar muy agradable, con acceso al mar y servicios. Seguridad con personal que están vigilando el hotel. Los espacios comunes están bien ambientados, solo deben de mejorar un poco las instalaciones hidráulicas, la llave del lavabo en la habitación tenia una ligera fuga.

We always enjoy our time at the Costa de Oro. The staff in all areas are amazing and work very hard to make your time here comfortable and safe. Unfortunately they have developed a 2 tier system which gives some gold bracelet patrons access to the only hot tub and a special area with more comfortable lounge chairs. This was not listed as an option for us. A bit disappointed as we have been coming here since 1996.

Had to change dates due to death of a family member and was not helped even though I had purchased hotel protection plan. Tried to change the date and add the day I had missed due to the emergency and was not able to. I was charged a night without staying there. When I tried asking for 3 family members to be added to the room for one night, I was asked to upgrade and was not given any discount or anything for the night that I was at the hotel. Parking is across the street and about a block away and don’t offer any responsibility for theft or damage of vehicles. Pool closes at 9 and was kicked out at 8:40 because the lifeguard did not want to stay. 10/10 would not recommend.

We had a great short stay here. Loved the service at the pool and restaurants. Our servers were prompt, warm, and very friendly. The food everywhere was delicious, especially the poolside ceviche. The room had an awesome view and was comfortable. It was as expected, a bit in need of updating, but perfectly acceptable. We enjoyed walking on the beach during the quiet of the mornings and sitting Oceanside at the breakfast buffet. Noise is definitely a concern as Las Bandas played so loudly late into the evening- but, it’s part of the experience so if you embrace it, you’ll enjoy it.

Overall it was a good experience and I would stay there again, the rooms definitely need a major update but overall it was a nice stay, the pool is heated which is a plus when going before June, walkable distance to restaurants etc (I recommend Marys right in front of the building)

Costa de oro is very family oriented. Nice, big pool and great atmosphere. They have activities throughout the day for kids and some for adults. Pool is next to the beach and our room view was excellent. The only thing they should remodel rooms for more modern design.

Empezaron a vender tiempos compartidos y ya no puedes usar el jacuzzi. por eso me quedé un día más en Mazatlán y los empleados no resuelven, solo dicen no se puede jamás volveré a ese hotel jamás fue una desepcion ser tratado con desprecio solo por no comprar un tiempo compartido. Me encanta Mazatlán pero hoy me regreso triste y desepcionado así me trataron en el Cid también ya no se si los demás hoteles empezaran igual de mamones

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación sin embargo desde que llegas hacen una gran diferencia entre “sus huéspedes” y los que contratamos por expedía o alguna otra app Quizá también se basen en ello para asignarte una habitación Los colchones y almohadas son muy incómodos, no están conscientes que vas a descansar y estarás por varias noches, mi habitación estaba sucia y DIARIO, DIARIO tuve que llamar para solicitar me llevarán toallas de cuerpo, de mano, tapete para baño; y de las amenidades de baño vi hablamos; te dicen en la descripción que las incluyen (shampoo, jabón, acondicionador al menos) pero nada me dejaron Muy mal sabor de boca mi estancia en este lugar
