My room was nice .... except the fan wasn't working and the lights didn't work either and the air conditioning unit didn't go on until my last night there a service man told me that I had to insert my room key into the hanger by the door for everything to work.... Well great but still nothing work and to make matters worst my sink was clogged up I reported it right away and when I checked out it was still clogged. I will never return to this hotel.

Buena ubicacion, pero esta en muy malas condiciones todo el hotel, al igual que la limpieza de las habitaciones. Al llegar a la habitacion una mesa estaba sucia, la regadera con cabellos, la sabana tenia manchas. Ademas te dicen que el check in es a las 16:00 y te cobran extra por hacer check in a las 15:00 o antes.

Pésimo servicio al cliente. El hotel rechazó mi estancia el mismo día de mi llegada pese a haberme confirmado mi reservación días previos, incluso un día antes del check in. Nos hizo creer que Expedia había sido quien había cancelado la reservación cuando eso era falso, fue el mismo Hotel para vender mi reservación a un precio mayor a otros huéspedes. Literalmente, se lavaron las manos. No lo hicieron solo conmigo, si no, con más personas. Todo un plan para sacar más dinero.

I find this hotel unacceptable / terrible. I only had a brief visit to the toilets at reception, which were extremely dirty. Despite a confirmed reservation, there was no room available for me. Neither reception nor Expedia were willing to help me find alternative accommodation. Never again! I can only recommend avoiding this hotel. The other reviews speak for themselves. If it hadn't been the only hotel available, I would never have booked it.

Baños a lado de recepción atascados de orines, elevadores cayéndose, no llegan al piso donde asignaron habitaciones por lo que tuvimos que subir maletas por escaleras, sin servicio de botones, puertas habitaciones que nos dieron sin seguro (un señor tuvo que ir ya muy noche a romper marco para que cerrarán, baños rotos, tinas asquerosas oxidadas, ropa de cama sucia, cucarachas en muebles, cortinas rotas, mucha basura debajo de cama, animales muertos en esquinas, SE NEGARON A DAR OTRAS HABITACIONES. Alberca sucia, sin servicio de toallas, desayuno deplorable. Tuvimos que llamar a policía porque no nos daban constancia de salida, el personal.uy grosero y déspotas, falsearon sus nombres. después de 5 días, TANTO EL HOTEL MISION MAZATLÁN COMO EXPEDIA DE NIEGAN A DAR REEMBOLSO, el hotel: que es responsabilidad de Expedia y Expedia: que el hotel no quiere reembolsar....y ya!!!!! Así tan fácil entre ambas partes me están robando $20,000 pesos además de lo que implicó salir con mi familia de madrugada con maletas, de hotel en hotel buscando cupo.

Urge mantenimiento, elevador, puertas y en general el mobiliario está en pésimas condiciones. No hay camastros en el area de la alberca. La comida simple y cara.

Great location right on the beach, great staff. Lots of great dining options in the area. Local bus out front. Beach can get noisy at times, but quite at night. They seem to loose everyones reservation so be prepared to take extra long at checkin. There is no WIFI as advertised. Its only a hotspot from a cell phone by the front desk only. No wifi anywhere else. Hotel needs a major renovation, looks like the rooms haven't been updated since the 80's.

Mi habitación no tenía televisión, tenía focos fundidos, las toallas estaban sucios y el aire acondicionado no servía y el teléfono tampoco Después de bajar a recepción varias veces, me cambiaron toallas y cambiaron focos, me prestaron un abanico porque el aire acondicionado no lo pudieron arreglar. Además el foco del balcón es automático y se apaga solo hasta las once pm. Mi cuál a mi me ocasionó molestia. Lo demás bien, pero pagué mucho dinero por un servicio que no fue lo que me ofrecieron

The hotel seems to be in good shape - unfortunately it’s in a not very nice shape. Rooms & general areas are without maintenance. Plants are super dry, they are not watered. Tiles in the floor in a lot of areas are broken. Terrace area in the room seems to be dirty and without maintenance. Beds are good to go for a sleep & crew are very professional. The pool area is very nice however there are no seats to take sun apart from the restaurant area under the shade. It’s been ok, however it’s sad to see a hotel in a nice area without maintenance and falling apart.
