I didnt like the night shift staff and how they handled noisy noisy people above us on 2nd floor . The kids were.nonstop running across the room until past midnight. We first called and.no answer .Then my spouse went to.the front desk.3x to.complain and obviously they didnt take.care of.the matter. The room had poor lighting, flickering lights in the lamps, fridge didnt cool and the black out curtains are so.old they had holes that allowed light to enter the room . There was also a.large stain on.the curtain. I have pictures and will be posting.

El hotel esta muy bien. El personal en general atento, la unica queja es hacia el personal de limpieza. En 2 ocasiones no limpiaron el cuarto, habia hormigas y el baño tiraba agua. Se reportaron varias veces y nunca corrigieron el problema

Rudy’s barbecue was close so that was cool. Being from Canada we wanted to try Texas brisket. So that was good. The hotel is clean and quiet. Very nice.

It was ok. I wished families kept their kids on check instead of allowing them to run throughout the hallways and just hanging in the gym playing around and they were also making a mess alone at the breakfast bar without adults. Teach them to clean their mess as they are in public. In the room there was a smell of musk and if you went to the restroom at night there were ROACHES crawling every where in there. It was an ok place but it would be nice if they would exterminate from time to time.

Noa hospedamos en la habitacion 105 del priner piso. Toda la.noche se escicharon ruidos en el techo. Pareciera como sinse fuera a caer. Lo reportamos pero solo se paro un momento. No pudimoa dormir bien.
