I have to take challenging long road trips every now n then so by the time i arrive at the motel im wore out & bent out of shape so it is extremely refreshing to be greeted with all the kindness, compassion, & helpfulness!!!

The hotel was clean and quiet and had a reasonable breakfast. The price, however, was higher than we would've expected.

Very good place to stay and at a reasonable price. The front desk man was very nice and accommodating. I would have gave it 5 stars across the board if it wasn’t for a couple of SMALL issues. First, I had prepaid for the room, but the Hotel Manager had some issue’s getting this worked out, which took some time to get to our room. Then when we got to our room, which was very nice, they had the shortest toilet I have ever seen. I am 6’2” and with the lid closed, the top only came up to the bottom half of my calf. Kind of a low sitting toilet. My wife is only 5’ 1” and it set kind of low for her also. For young children the height would be great for them.

Blizzard stay
It was a good place for what I needed. I needed a warm bed & a hot shower. I wasn’t planning on stopping on the way to Colorado but the weather had other plans for me.

This is a great option for hotels in the McCook area. The guy at the front desk was so helpful and friendly after I had a terrible experience at the Coratel Inn and Suites. I would recommend the Quality Inn in McCook to anyone! Their hot tub was out of commission, that’s my only complaint! But pool was warm and everything was super clean and nice!

Great for a quick stay
We weren’t there much as a family to basically stay while traveling on the road. It’s a great little hotel and would stay there again. Front desk manager was very polite and courteous. We were a bit bummed that the hot tub was out of order while we were there. Overall a great little hotel.

Great Place to stay
Super clean place to stay. The beds were super comfortable and the room was great! The manager was hilarious and so welcoming! Highly recommend staying there!

The staff here is great, i have stayed several times and they are beyond friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and clean. The room was a bit musty and the toilet ran quite often. We just shut the door to the bathroom and dealt with a bit of moisture in the room. I have stayed at much worse places. Overall I will stay here again.

Funeral Trip
Stayed one night for a funeral. Nice hotel, nice management. We had a bit of trouble with the TV & a few things needed repair in the room. Breakfast was ok. Overall, a decent place to stay in a small town.

Kinda run down... a little dirty in the bathroom. The toilet wouldn't flush without removing that back cover. The pool was closed.

The manager was personable and helpful. When we discovered there was no elevator, the manager helped carry our luggage upstairs. We were pleased with our room, however, the beds were much firmer than we prefer. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was freshly made. Overall we had a good experience.

No quality at Quality Inn
Stayed in a room that had a broken A/C unit. It was close to 100 degrees and the room felt like a sauna. Lock on bathroom door did not work, the shower looked like it was under construction and the faucet was wrong on the sink. Slept 4 hours in a 2 day stay. Unacceptable!

Really great stay, any staff member we meet was so nice and helpful. The room was decent, the beds were great to sleep on and clean. The bathroom could use a little updating and better cleaning, but wasnt a huge deal. The pool was nice and warm and the breakfast had such a good variety that we loved.
