The receptionist was not professional enough to handle our check in process. First she checked in us in a wrong room where my reservation was for triple beds and she put us in double bed room and when i called her she said they can provide a third roller bed and it will block the walkway. So I had to go back to the lobby to change the room. Also, I asked upon check in to change our dinner timing to have it in breakfast time instead and she didn’t do that where she put us in awkward position with the restaurant. Last bed cover we’re having blood stain and found the last day of our stay and housekeeping in hallways needs to be improved. Thanks.

It was absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in period. Not clean, only one guy serving customers at check in. Bathroom are so disgusting. Rooms smells like cigarette disposable area. Carpet are old and nasty.

Omar was very nice cleaning the rooms. The hotel was close to the Haram. Transportation was also good. Highly recommend

- Great Breakfast, variety of foods - Shuttle Bus to the Haram, otherwise a 7min walk. The bus is convenient and quick however once dropped off, you need to get an elevator down the ground floor which can be quite busy - All staff were attentive

There is free transportation 24/7 that drop you near ALHARAM right behind (Altawheed Hotel ). 12 min walking to king Fahad Gate (( Makkah )) Nice lobby Nice breakfast buffet Definitely it will be my top 5m3 hotel to stay again in Makkah.

A bit disappointed with the facility, for the amount we paid for a presidential suite, I would expect to have clean furniture, bathroom is small and the same size as any other room in the hotel. Check it and check out is not ideal I would think twice and about this place

Great location for for the Hajj and Umrah pilgrima
Only 7 minutes way from Masjid al-Haram . Very convenient.

Very conveniently located by the haji's enterance to the Haram, the shuttle transport from hotel to haram is non-stop at all hours, shuttles are ready to go at the hotel and at haram any time which was extremely convenient. Staff was very friendly and accomodating especially Mr. Rehmat and Me. Karim at the reception, they both took very good care of our needs as I was traveling with my elderly uncle. Will be staying here again for the last leg of my journey and will definitely stay here for any future visits as well. 5 star facility with a 5 star staff, highly recommend!

The service was great! Roomboy, Ahad and his supervisor, Damil were fantastic at getting the job done. Overall, very happy with my stay and would definitely return!

The check in Service from Marium was amazing! She was very friendly and answered all of my questions. The room however wasnt as clean as some of the other hotels in the area, there was noticeable dust on tables, lamps and other items

I really enjoyed my stay at Jabal Omar Marriot. The staff were super friendly, the Haraam was accessible and they had a 24/7 shuttle running, for those who didn’t want to walk. It’s great if you want to avoid the crazy crowds of the clock Tower hotels; Nice, quite and peaceful. They had great traditional majlis setup. However, the cafe on the main floor was closed most of the time so majlis couldn’t be fully utilized. People had to go out to get coffee and/or tea. The breakfast was amazing with a plethora of options. Really enjoyed the sausage and falafel. Thank you again JOM Umar from Canada
