호텔 위치 완전 좋음
지배인도 친절하니 너무 좋았고 위치는 진짜 짱!!! 전철가깝고 보테르뮤지엄 바로 앞이고 공항버스는 건물 바로 뒤!!! 호텔에 안좋았던건 샤워시설이 좀 ㅋㅋㅋ

Very disappointing. The last time I was there was 24 years ago, and it looks like they have not done any work on the place since. They advertise they have two restaurants and two bars, but there’s nothing that is actually in the hotel. If you go out of the hotel, you get your Plaza where there is lots of fast food, but there is no actual restaurant to sit down in. The nearest bar is a tiki bar that has a grand total of six chairs. We arrived an hour after check-in time, and as we are heading up, the man at the reception, asked us to wait because he needed to send someone to the room to count everything in the minibar. Then the same old man escorted us to our room and went through and counted every candy bar and every drink and had a sign off on how much was in the minibar. I would not recommend this hotel to an American who wants anything of any sort of class.

I love this hotel. I am sure that it has seen better days but it has charm and character. Great location if you want to stay in the centre. The rooms are spacious, good quite air conditioning nice shower and lovely and helpful staff.

Las fotografías mienten
A pesar que el hotel tiene mucha historia, esta ubicado en una zona roja de alto peligro, donde NO puedes salir libremente por la seguridad. Hay prostitutas, drogadictos, mucha basura y discotecas con música a alto volumen. El hotel no vale por lo que se paga, hay otros sectores como Laureles o El Poblado, que por el mismo precio, son mucho mejores; y nos quedamos ahí porque la reserva no era reembolsable. El hotel está en pésimas condiciones de limpieza, los acabados son viejos y deteriorados. Nuestra habitación estaba sucia cuando llegamos y no pudimos usar el baño hasta el siguiente día que lo limpiaron y nos llevaron las toallas faltantes. Las sábanas y estaban sucias y las cortinas picadas; el teléfono y la secadora no servían. Lo peor fue la actitud de la chica de recepción pelirroja, sumamente abusiva y prepotente.

Amazing!
It is such a great hotel with an amazing service. It also has a great variety of small restaurants and great bar area. I had a great time and the room I had was also very comfortable and clean. Everyone there was so helpful and friendly as well.

Me gusto mucho el servicio, y los cuartos estaban muy amplio y bonitos, las intalaciones son como castillo. Facil acceso, tiene varios alternativas para llegar al hotel y hacer tours propios.

This property is located in a very unsafe plase. The hotel is in very poor condition with graffiti all around, poor lighting, the bathroom had rust, the windows were missing glass or broken. Regarding the staff… the lady that checked me in read my credit card out loud. The rest of the staff was ok.
