I never heard a hotel to charge you for a health insurance. When I booked the hotel it said 4 stars, bellman said is 3 stars, when I entered the room I saw: stains on the wall, toilet seat was scratched all over and had a yellowish color, very hard mattress, around the light switch the paint was coming off, hair on the wall, in the bathroom rust by the window, towels look like rags, so I didn’t stay and I was still charges for 4 nights, I paid a lot less for an other hotel that was true 4 stars, nicer and cleaner and well taking care. I tried to get a refund and I got a email saying that my booking is not refundable. I can understand they can charge me for a night but charge me for all 4 days with out staying at all, is ridiculous.
I am disappointed with the hotel and Expedia for ripping me off.
