They had a check in window which i did not notice on the confirmation. We did not check in by the time the window closed so they canceled my reservation and didn't bother letting me know. So we drive 5 and a half hours and had no where to sleep.

Horrible Scary Shack of Hell on Riverside in Meddy
Hello i pulled up to Medford after a long day of flights already had my room Paid for and booked . Showed up to my little motel and theres a sign on door any 1 that paid for the next like week cant have a room so i such around the half dismantled property to find some tattooed wanna be tweaker to come out and tell me theres nothing they can do and no reason but i just cant stay there . Worst experience and motel i been to somone send in the health department please Crack all over the place there pookie.

Didn't have a view because when I arrived the office was closed and had a sign on the door saying NO VACANCY and to call the number....spend a long time on hold and no one answered. I had Expedia reach out to them and they could not do so for days. Then I didn't get a refund because they weren't available. DON'T STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO ACTUALLY GET A ROOM AND NO REFUNDS!!!

Red Cross Helps Oregon Fire Victims
Due to the recent fires in Southern Oregon the American Red Cross is booking all the rooms in the local hotels for the fire victims. Rooms are not available for anyone without a Red Cross voucher. I need a full refund.

Disappointments
There were no warnings that master key was stolen from the check in desk; at least I wasn't told that until after my tablet was stolen from my room, while I was at work. That tablet was a birthday present this year. Besides that, us two guests were only given one set of towel, and we had to request pillow cases upon arrival.. plus that room was not nearly thoroughly cleaned.

The place was dirty, my bathroom was no very clean, the staff were never in at the front desk, I had to wait 3 hours outside cause the card key didn’t open and there was nobody to fix it

This place is absolutely disgusting. There were bugs everywhere. The tv has a hole in the screen and didn’t work. There were water bottles left in the room. There was holes in the walls. The walls we’re filthy. The carpet was sticky. The room just smelt so bad. We ended up going back to the office and getting out deposit back and leaving. The person who finally came to open the door was on something. We have stayed there in the past and it was never like that. We will never go back. The worst experience ever.

Avoid OYO Hotel
Although my reservation was confirmed through hotels.com ahead of time, when we arrived at this OYO hotel, office was locked, nobody was there to help. Only messy hand written note was posted at the door that hotel was sold out and a contact number for refund. It was almost midnight. This is why l reserved a room ahead of time. Hotels.com SHOULD NOT list this kind of horribly managed hotel on the site !!

I arrived at 5pm. The door was locked. No one answered to the door bell or phone. I sat in my car for 1.5 hours. I tried again with no luck. Hotels.com had to move me motels.

I want a refund it was dirty and smelly!. The manager wasn't there we had to wait for 30 minutes and there were other people that was sitting outside awaiting the return to get checked in. We had no towels and no room key. I wasn't there But for mins and couldn't stand it any longer i left

It was the trashiest ,disgusting,most horrible motel I have ever stayed at, no toilet paper no towels no room keys, no tv channels, no cable just the tv. I want my money back.

Worst Hotel experience of my life
There were three men outside that said they worked at the motel the office was locked up they said they didn’t have clean sheets or tp and If I had cash money I could get get a room in 10 minutes even though I had booked my room and paid for it on line then one of the men said he was there to get things that was owed to him one man came back and ask what size bed we needed then went and kicked a door in and came back and told me it was ready told me there was a refund line I could call and the line goes to a line that is not available At this time I was scared and left spent the night in my car at a rest area worst experience of my life !

Local police advised me to stay somewhere else
We drove to the Oyo hotel, only to find there is no signage that says Oyo, only America’s Best. After passing by once, we circled back around to verify the address. Local police followed us and pulled us over in the parking lot. He told us the city has just issued a nuisance order on the property because of ongoing problems. The office was closed and we were unable to check in. There was a notice on the door from USPS that they weren’t able to deliver mail because office wasn’t open. Officer informed us that there had recently been a stabbing on site and many drug problems here. He advised when visiting town to never stay at any hotel on Riverside Ave. I called hotels.com and was able to get a refund. They were very polite and apologetic. I’m very thankful they were so helpful. They did mention that the property does currently list check in time from 3-7 pm only right now. We had to drive 20 minutes south to Ashland to find a room as there was a large event in town and everything else was full. I can’t tell you the condition of the rooms because we weren’t able to check in, but I’d high advise you read other reviews, they’re very entertaining.

This is a scam. Nobody is in the office to check you in, there was a police notice on the front door because they have gotten over 300 complaints. People are squatting in the rooms. They take your money through online booking but you don’t get a place to stay.

unable to even check in!
I arrived around 7pm and no one was at the front desk. The lobby was locked and the lights were on, but no one was inside working. There was a phone number posted on the door that I tried calling but still no one answered! I contacted Hotels.com and they tried calling as well. But couldn’t get through to everyone. After trying for an hour, I gave up and booked a room at a different hotel. It is a few days later and I am still trying to get a refund for this, but the hotel is dragging their feet and refusing to process it. I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism at a hotel before. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

No atendieron el ambiente muy feo ! Deja mucho que desear ! Daba miedo bajarse del coche por que no había seguridad y la gente al rededor ! Muchas personas llegaron a la 10 de la noche y no había nadie en la recepción tuvimos que pagar otro hotel ! Tampoco quisieron cancelarme la noche siguiente por teléfono nunca atendieron ! Gracias a los agentes de la aplicación hotels.com me ayudaron a comunicarse pero aún así no me dieron solución y ni me atendieron para el check inn ! tampoco figura el nombre del hotel cómo figura en la página ! No debería estar funcionando así !

Poor Management
There where no attendants in the office (within posted office hours) and was never able to check in to room. Tried various numbers including one posted on door and could not get in touch with any staff.

Not Sure How This Place Stays in Business
Nothing on the website says anything about new operating hours. I get to the hotel at 11:19pm and the doors are locked and there’s a sign on the window saying the “new operating hours are 7am-11pm and to call the number below for service after hours. I called the number and see/hear the main office phone ringing with obviously no one there to answer. Called multiple times anyways as a desperate hope. Ended up having to sleep in my car when no attendant came to check me in. Not to mention this place looks like a meth motel. I know it’s cheap, but save your money, this place is only a good stay if you’re looking to overdose.
