Actually, I refunded the fee the second your wife called me. I recommend calling a hotel directly when using a third party- they overbooked you, not me

we don't have any twin beds here- you were upgraded to a room with 2 double beds. We are FULL since February 29th, which is why you got a room with no tv, and Tyler and I hadn't had a chance to take out the trash-we are the only 2 that work here 7 days a week. I highly recommend contacting the hotel directly in the future. You're welcome.

We do not discriminate against our paying guests. We do accept any type of person here, so sorry if our other paying guests offended you. We are also pet friendly, which explains the dogs barking. There is no mold- I have certification of that.
