The stay was nice and the staff were respectful but the only thing that I didn’t like was that they have a water slide but it’s only open when the owner decides to come in for a few hours. And it’s only open Friday and Saturday. So the water slides were open on Friday and closed on Saturday because the owner didn’t want to come in. So that was a crappy experience and the fridge that was in the room did not work and I had to tell the front desk lady and she was super nice about it and brought a brand new one up to the room. the beds are super stiff and hard and the rooms stay really warm so if you plan on staying here bring an extra blanket to sleep on for softness underneath your back when your sleeping and keep the ac on because it stays hot on the third floor.

We booked this hotel specifically for the water slide. Only to fine out upon checking in the water slide is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Had we known this we would have picked a different hotel. Then my kids weren’t even allowed to swim On Tuesday because the pool was closed entirely.

Only reason I brought my family here was for the water slide. Half hour before our check in time we get an email it’s closed.

Reserved a suite but was not available with a dog so we had to put our kid on the floor because they don t even have roll aways . Staff was great . It was the owner that said no to the suite .

We weren’t expecting much since our room was $79 per night and we were tired from traveling but when we opened the door to the room I was surprised to see one of our beds was without a bed frame and boxspring sat on the floor with the mattress on top. The sheets were stained and found a thick long dark hair on my husbands pillow. In the bathroom the floor had hair everywhere and obvious dirtiness as if someone had just showered. Didn’t look like they cleaned the floor at all. The shower itself was leaky where the water comes out from the shower head; like it needed to be tightened; the sink as well was leaky like this. There was a dead bug on the floor next to the toilet. It smelled like heavy incense..some people like incense but we do not like the smell. Literally all night long until 7 am it sounded like a herd of elephants running and stomping around in the room above us. When I went outside to grab stuff from our truck I noticed a young adult looking person, maybe a teenager, staring out the window at me in the room above our room. The blankets looked like they were more than 30 years old, just nasty. The breakfast was the most lacking continental breakfast we have ever had. Usually I get a banana for my son and sausage and eggs. We booked here because my son wanted to go swimming and we heard there’s a spiral slide. Well the pool had green algae in it and my husband said big clumps of hair was floating around in the water. And the slide doesn’t open until 10:30.

There is nothing about this property that is sad. Super 8 by Wyndham in Medford Oregon is cared for & taken care of. Our rooms are retro & clean, or updated per Wyndham guidelines. We are more than happy to accommodate guests seeking a lower floor, and recommend booking direct. Our bathroom doors are 30 to 36 inches. The vanity sink area is located outside of the bathroom. The bathroom includes a tub/shower & toilet which requires a smaller bathroom space with more than enough room to be comfortable. It is not cramped by any means. You left out our amazing water pressure, new towels & toiletries. The hotel is in a safe rural area. If you prefer to be on the first floor please let us know at the time of making your reservation so that we can accommodate. Some of our rooms are retro in very good clean condition with softer mattresses. Our renovated rooms have firmer mattresses. All mattresses are new, taken care of, and in great condition. If you let us know ahead of time, we'll can help by assigning a room to fit your mattress preference. Our mattresses are Goldilocks approved :) We will be happy help if you have any issues or problems with TV's or anything else. We have mountain views. Our prices are fair. I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your stay under the old owners, and previous management, we welcome the chance to win you back. Our rooms are cozy & clean to make you feel at home.

This property is beyond disgusting. Pool smells like wet dog. Pool water was murky and dirty. Rooms were dingy, bathroom shower curtain smelled like mildew. NOT TO MENTION THE LAST NIGHT I WAS THERE WITH MY 5 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER AND I DISCOVERED A HUUUUGE BEE BUG FULL OF BLOOD IN OUR BED!!!! Beyond repulsive!!! No manager on site, front desk person was in shock and didn’t know how to handle the situation! I demanded to check out immediately and be reimbursed and I was insured that I would be by the guy at front desk. I walked him into the room and showed him the splatted bug on the bed sheet when I smooshed the bed bug. I was told manager would be there in the morning and contact me and crickets! No call back and I was flying back home that day! I spent the rest of my night at the airport because I was disgusted and traumatized from the experience. Wanda was the manager that I was told that would contact me and no response in 2 days. Do not stay at this place unless u want bugs!

We have industrial-strength cleaners & disinfectants, as well as an exceptional housekeeping team. People banging doors all night filthy nasty in door pool I would not recommend this to anyone plus over charged and working on getting money back from being double charged. Will never stay at a super 8 again. I wasn’t expecting fancy or anything close I just wanted a decent place to crash out at night and was very disappointed

Pool water was terrible, chlorine was burning everyone’s eyes no ventilation, pool water was hotter then the hot tub and the children had coughs and burnt eyes all night. When we tried to tell a staff member they all passed the buck and took no action. Won’t stay ever again. No towels, amenities, pillows like pulling teeth to get the things we paid for.

Slide/pool closed after confirming it was open
I did not end up checking in to this hotel. I called a week prior to confirm the pool and waterslide would be open on my dates of travel, which the hotel did confirm. The day of check in, on our way to the hotel, I called to ask the pool hours and was told the pool was closed for maintenance and would not be open during my stay. As the waterslide was my reason for booking, I requested a refund and was told the pool was not included in the room I booked (what?) And that although it aas listed as an amentity on both the Super 8 and Hotels.com website, it was not considered an amentity. I had to argue to get my stay cancelled. Both the hotels.com and Super 8 experience were a let down.

There were stains on the curtains and bed. The floor looked like it had not been cleaned for some time. Had to go buy sandals to walk around. We left as soon as we got up.

Room was great and clean, ingot a early breakfast even though it was 5am. My complaint is the TV size is a bit small and the screen was not fully functional, the top half of it was to dim to see with any light on.
