They give key access of my room to other strange client who entred My room while I am sleeping with my wife And I reported this scary unbelievable events to the police station and I immediately left the place to the police station and the police proceeds more with this crime That it will never happen even in African jungles hotels

I loved it. 10 minutes walk to Haram. Very nice breakfast. Excellent, though small room. Support staff is very pleasing. I regret that I could not leave a tip due to my speedy checkout. The staff really cared about room services and cleanliness.

I had trouble opening the door, after like 6 attempts the door would open it would be so fustrtaing. My parents had the same problem with their door. Additionally, the toilets use to stink even after complaining there was no proper ventilation in the bathrooms. They didn’t regularly clean the room, or change bed covers. The walk to majid al nabawi was approx 10mins but the walk would be nice. The staff we’re nice tho even the reception staff

Worst Hotel Experience Ever
This was our worse experience: Staff was very rude Bathroom terrible (Dirty with broken stuff) There were only one Large towel in the room and they refused to provide until next day No tea or kettle facilities and Manager said you did not include in the booking but I could not find any separate option to add. Location wise not suitable for ladies Also it was prepaid by Expedia but the manager was keep asking for payment.

Dear Customer Services Manager, The experience was very bad, first they told us that there is no booking, after they took us another hotel, that hotel was dirty, bathrooms smells very bad, shower were broken, after two days of vigorous request they change it! I booked this hotel with breakfast, but, they hadn't include any breakfast........

Nice hotel but terrible staff
The hotel is 4 star according to Saudi Arabia's standard but as per international standard, it's a level of 3 star. Hotel staff is terrible, we checked out at afternoon n later arrived again to pickup our luggage, the reception guy saw us in the lobby while he was serving someone else but still left, we kept on waiting for almost 20 mins but he did not turn back, then i found him smoking outside, i called, he came in being very rude, he could not speak english n his attitude was extremely bad, he signalled me to take out my luggage from the luggage room on my own, i took it out on my own and even when i left the premises he was in his attitude not even saying bye or greeted, the poor staff working in the hotels were kind but the reception guy who works at night is hopeless. Our shower cubical was broken, Muslim shower holder was broken. Overall hotel is approx 8 mins walk from Masjid an Nabwi, location is good, rooms were small but nice and clean.

استقبال سىء جدااا
وصلت الفندق ولَم اجد حمال الشنط وقال لى موظف الاستقبال اترك شنطتك وسوف ارسلها خلفك بعد دقيقة وانتظرت اكثر من ٣٠ دقيقة واتصلت تليفونيا ولا جدوى واجبرت الى النزول للاستقبال بنفسي ووجدت شنطتى كما هى وحضرت العربية التى تحمل عليها الحقائب بنفسي ووضعت عليها شنطتى وسحبتها الى الأسانسير امام موظفى الاستقبال ولَم يتحرك منهم احدا او حتى الاعتذار فهو بالفعل مكان سيّء

Please consider this before booking.
Unexpected shock I experienced after finding out that my booking for the two double sized rooms for two nights will be located one floor away from each other. You will never imagine this happens in any hotel worldwide. But, to be fair, this poor practice has been done by unprofessional personal with an initial (A), this unethical behavior has forced me to write this negative review about the hotel despite the fact that this hotel deserve better ranking than this, as it is very clear that the operating company is working very hard to get their customers satisfaction. The hotel itself is fine, tidy and clean and could go head to head against any 3 or even 4 stars hotels. I left the hotel immediately after checking in and after facing this avoidable and preventable problem and after many negotiations with Mr A to change the situation but he didn't cooperate with me,  so, I searched for another hotel, and what made me even more upset that after coming back to the hotel and telling Mr A that I am leaving this hotel to another one he admitted that he can let me stay at different rooms that benefit from being besides each other, but after what, I had booked another hotel. Mr A was very pleased from my decision and he didn't even apologize for what he did. The point that I want the landlord to know that, all hard efforts done by you to get customers satisfaction could be easily destroyed and ignored if you employed a careless non responsible personal such Mr A. booking date:02/07/17

الفندق جيد ولكنه شقق فندقية بدون الكثير من الخدمات بالفنادق المعتادة لكن الاستقبال والإقامة ممتازة

loved it! so happy i chose this hotel
AMAZING location, brilliant service, very clean and good , contemporary rooms standard. excellent facilities. only downside is the lack of wifi in the bedrooms.

This hotel is very far from haram, ladies gate is even far avoid booking this hotel if you can. For same price you can get hotel nearer, Breakfast is very poor and canteen staff was not interested. More interested in to selling jiyarat. Managment staff was very good and even offer us help find hotel nearer haram.

it was good
It as great. Washroom was flooded and it was broken was overall it was a hotel. Not too far from haram. Just 10 min walk from haram. A really good Pakistani restaurant right under the hotel.

Hotel did not honor confirmed reservation
I arrived at the hotel after 1 am and when I tried to check in the reception desk employee said he couldn't find the reservation in the system. I spent over half hour with no luck of resolving the issue and the hotel said the only way to check in is to pay for a new reservation and given the late time I ended up paying for a new relevation. The hotel blamed expedia for the mix up which I really doubted. Room was small but clean. The bed took much of the space in the room. Bathroom was OK. Breakfast was average at best. Location was about 10 minutes walk from the Mosque. You can get something better and closer with about the same money.
