bonjour d'abord ,ce client s'est présenté à minuit puis rentré au Riad pour voir la chambre comment elle est , puis est sorti en me disant qu'il va chercher sa femme , ensuite m'a télephoné à 12.30m pour me dire quil viendra pas je ne comprends pas comment ces clients se porte comme ça ?Dommage pour des gens comme ça

Très bonne adresse
Les plus : très beau Rhiad - calme - accueil chaleureux - plein centre historique à deux pas de la médina - belles terrasses - possibilité de manger sur place en prévenant . Les moins : contrairement à ce qui est indiqué il n'y a pas de parking gratuit .on se gare dans la rue et c'est payant .

Riad propre, dans un quartier calme, très pratique pour découvrir Meknès. Personnel charmant mais le propriétaire insiste lourdement pour que vous achetiez des tapis et autres produits de sa "coopérative" (beaucoup plus chers que partout ailleurs).

Good location in a quiet section of the medina, lovely house and friendly staff. However, wasn't too pleased that dinner cost 130dh when I checked out after it was offered to me. It's a bit of a steep price and would have been nice to know I had to pay for it beforehand!

Hard to find. Taxi drivers have are not famliar with Riad Idrissi. Bed was damaged. No toilet roll in bathroom. Breakfast was not great.

Wir wohnten in diesem gut geführten Riad im Herzen der Medina von Meknes zwei Tage. Das Riad ist richtig gut, es ist auch sehr gut gelegen, wenn man sich ein bisschen in der verwinkelten Medina zurecht findet. Ein sicheres, sauberes, freundliches Zuhause für jeden Reisenden. Für Kaffe, Tee und ein leckeres Abendessen muss man nach arabischem Brauch "einfach fragen" - dann bekommt man alles.

Riad Idrissi
Very friendly owner in a beautiful riad with a nice terrace view. My single room was snug, but had a relatively large bathroom with plenty of hot water. A fan provided adequate cooling. The owner runs a Berber cooperative, but there was no pressure to buy. The riad is located on a quiet median lane. I would happily return.

Ons verblijf was prima, sommige dingen beter dan anderen. Het ontbijt was ietwat karig. De kamer had een airco unit, wat erg fijn was in de Marokkaanse hitte. Het personeel was vrij opdringerig en hield hier niet mee op wanneer desintresse getoond werd.

Rubbish raid
Rubbish hotel ,dirty , smelly, dark room . The shower is broken . And my friend arrive late at night , the owner said 100dh extra for charge. Bad owner with bad management. No next time !

A bit pricey for what you get
The property compared to others in the area seemed a bid high priced for what you get. The staff are incredibly friendly and the breakfast was the best I have had at a Riad.

As for a cheap price i didnt expect much. The room had heating as mentioned, what was important bcs it was pretty cold and rainy so we had to dry our clothes. On the other hand the blankets were very messy and dusty. As i am alergic to dust i had to take a few pills to survive the night. We also reserved room with view, and we got a room downstairs, dark, no windows, no views...?!. Hot shower was nice. Price=What u get. It was fine and nice for one night stay, but it could be a bit better Also i have to mention we were pretty tired in night but i couldnt get sleep as there was always somebody in living area of riad who was eighter talking loud, or kids were screaming and running around the house-even with ear plughs its a bit difficult to get sleep

Mooie Riad, rustig en vlakbij de poort.
Warm welkom door het hotelpersoneel dat alle begrip had voor mijn vermoeidheid. Aan alle kanten werd mij bijgestaan om het me zo prettig mogelijk te maken. prachtig ingericht.

Good value but a bit too commercial
The hotel is nice enough, and the owners are very friendly. However, the dinner is overpriced though delicious and fresh, and the owners will try to sell carpets and other souvenirs.

Arrivato in questo piacevole Riad in tarda serata, siamo stati accolti dal proprietario con molta gentilezza, mettendosi subito a disposizione per ogni cosa avessimo bisogno e tra queste (se pur la cucina fosse già chiusa) la prima nostra cena Marocchina, con due splendidi ed ottimi Tajine di pollo e verdure preparati al momento. camera sul terrazzo con vista Meknes (niente di che) ma per il prezzo pagato ne vale la pena.

Value for money, reasonable amenities, but the room stinks :-(
It's a budget hotel, within reasonable facilities. But you can't help but to notice the foul smell from toilet (due to faulty plumbing system) wafting over in your room as soon as you enter! There was no blanket, so do ask for one of its the winter time. I suffered through the night in cold, and there wasn't anyone in the reception. The breakfast, however was good! Overall, if you want to stay cheap without much complain, then it's OK.

Gestao familiar simpática. Foram buscar-nos a uma das portas da Medina. Ofereceram chá de boas vindas. As refeições eram de qualidade mas de preço elevado. Aconselhável perguntar primeiro qual o preço das refeições. A família também gere uma cooperativa de tapeçarias, pelo que será natural que lhes tentem fazer uma demonstração e venda.

Nice Riad with friendly people
The Riad is located close to the center but in a quiet corner of the medina. The staff is very friendly and really willing to help. The meals are very good, certainly worth to try.

Very so so.
Was not treated good. After coming to Morocco over three weeks ago, first time I felt descrinated. Owner/manager more receptive to May be (white) or Europeans. It was hard to get any help from him. Our room suppose to have a view ( there was no view). Our one window open to terrace. Room was just basic.

Absolutely the worst part of our trip.
When I booked this room, I was expecting a wonderful king size bed with pillow top mattress. It room was supposed to come with coffee maker, sofa and sitting area. When we questioned the manager or owner (not sure who this man was) he said we had just what we requested, which was a lie. He said it might be possible to change rooms the next day but not that night. The only way we could change rooms was to wait to see if any rooms would be vacant. Our room had the most uncomfortable full size bed with extremely old mattress that sunk down on one side leaving me laying in a hole. When I woke up the next day I could hardly walk. Again we complained and he just laughed it off saying that since we booked it online through this website he couldn't even discount the price of the 2 nights. He knew that we would still be charged. We decided not even to stay the 2nd night. This is my 5th trip to Morocco and this was the most horrible place I have stayed. We were able to find a wonder place that was 1/2 the price of this room. I wouldn't let my dog stay there. What ever you do, don't stay here. The hotel management lie and cheat people of their money. It is truly false advertising about everything.

Estuvimos en el Riad un par de noches. La atencion del personal fue bastante desagradable, ademas de ser groseros y mostrar una mala actitud, el alojamiento que nos dieron no correspondia con lo acordado en la compra. El desayuno es escaso y de baja calidad. La habitacion estaba sucia y tenia mucha humedad en las paredes. Los administradores intentaran venderte paquetes para viajes y obligarte a cenar con ellos y en caso de rechazar sus ofertas su actitud sera mucho peor. La ubicacion del hotel, por otro lado, es pesima. La ciudad es como un laberinto y la unica manera de llegar hasta ahi es pagandole a una persona del sitio para que te lleven hasta la puerta. Definitivamente no volveria a este hotel ni lo recomendaria. Por el mismo precio se pueden tener opciones mucho mejores.

So so experience
We were stuck in a room with no window , the description said we would have a balcony (they have no clue what the description says). There is some kind of plumbing issue especially at night the sewage smell is very bad so we asked for a room with a window the next day. They let us move but did not provide breakfast for us the next day. It said breakfast was available between 7-11 am, we left at 8 am, no one was even awake yet, I think it was supposed to be included in the price. Location & decor were good.

Quiet retreat in Meknes Medina
After the bustle of the medina, Riad Idrissi was a haven of peace. The home cooked supper was wonderful, as was the breakfast on the terrace each morning. It's a good location with all the sights of the old city within easy walking distance. Also, the night life of the new town is only a 5-minute taxi ride away. Recommended.

J ai très mal dormis .... L eau avait un goût et une odeur épouvantable doucette casser. .. Le lit étai vraiment pas confortable. sinon l environnement était magique. .

OK for the price.
This is not the best riad we have stayed in, but the cheapest. The room was fine. A bit small , but I don't mind that and it opened on to the terrace which was nice. The position was handy to the square and easy to get to and from. The staff weren't over friendly and the dinner was OK but overpriced at 150 d.
