Appalling service, dirty room and left without a bed for the night.
I would avoid staying here and will never return.
After many calls and emails, we booked a double room apartment.
Lack of communication left us travelling and almost arriving with no code for the after hours key pick-up box.
Parking and a pull out bed were booked, and confirmed via email and phone call.
Arrived to find no parking available- this is first in best dressed (Never once mentioned in any of the communications, even though they were aware of late check in).
No pull out bed in room, called through to be told "I thought this was for your room when you confirmed this morning but it got given to another room and we don't have another one". One of us was left with no bed for the night. We managed to share blankets and pillows. I was made out to be a liar regarding the parking and told that parking was never confirmed. We have a brand new car and travelled many hours, hence why we confirmed parking.
After arguing with the rude gentleman, I was told that no discount would be given as we never actually paid for the parking or pull out bed, a fault of their own.
I was told that he would contact Expedia regarding a discount on the nights stay. No communication regarding this.
I went to the effort of emailing the owner of the business to try and rectify our issue before leaving a review. I had a response some time later that said she would speak to her staff. No response at all since.
