lovely quiet area, thought for money value we would have been supplied with more than 1 soap , 1 small milk and no shampoo or conditioner, for 3 adult guests, in the delux apartment.

We had a short stay at the property to make it easier to access the St. Vincents Private hospital. Reception staff were attentive and rooms were clean.

Property does need updating and the cleanliness was a bit ordinary. Staff at reception were very nice.? The fact that my dogs could be there was a bonus.

The location is excellent. It was a bit difficult with a baby and pram and STUFF to be on the top floor with no lift, but aside from that the Birches staff were helpful and accommodating and it's so easy to get everywhere from there!

Have stayed here twice. Great value for money. Clean, spacious apartment, kitchen, lounge and bathroom. Beautiful big windows! On site parking right at the door and an outdoor area with bbq. The staff are so lovely and accomodating-early checks ins, late check outs and even storing my items safely that I accidentally left behind.

Footy at the MCG
Stayed here due to its proximity to the MCG and great location for MCG access. Room is tired, small bathroom, stayed one night was ok for a shower and bed.

well situated to sporting arenas
We seem to have unfortunate timing with our stays with regards to noise, last time the people in the unit above us were fighting until 3am and this time an adjoining property were having an outdoor party with loud music until about 1am. The units are perfectly situated to the MCG and sports arenas. Units have all would need for a stay with microwave, kitchenware & cutlery.

This was a very practical and convenient site, which enabled us to travel between appointments and have downtime as well. The staff were lovely and friendly.

The property is well located and has lots of greenery around which makes the building beautiful. Staff was friendly. However, our apartment had a strong smell of dog and the carpet looked dirty. That makes us cancel our stay at a later time.

Staff were very helpful. Rooms were very clean. Very out dated decor and needs a lot of TLC. The windows need attention as they were banging when the wind blew.

Clean and convenient.
Older style apartments that have been freshened up.Clean and well appointed. Bright and sunny on a cold winter day. Could do a few minor cosmetic improvements, like hooks replaced on the bathroom door. Toilet bowl in our apartment was stained and cistern worn, but basically ok. No lift and steep stairs, so would need to request ground floor, if unable to navigate stairs.Especially if managing own luggage. Friendly ,helpful staff. A great location to easily access hospitals.

The room we had was very dated. Carpet needs replacing and it could do with a fresh coat of paint. The bed was comfortable. The shower was very temperamental with the temperature- either hot or cold. Bathroom needs renovating. The apartment was close to Rupert on Rupert - where we attended a wedding. We walked into the city to China Town for meal - it was a decent walk - but doable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
