주로 투어를 하고 잠만 잔다면 오케이!
주변에 유명관광지들이 밀집해 있어 접근성이 매우 좋습니다. 최소한의 시설만 갖추고 있으니 주로 투어를 하는 날에 여기를 예약하는 것이 가성비 갑!

좋은 위치
시티중심부에 있어서 관광지 가기 편하고 무료트램과도 가까워요 직원들 친절하고 방도 넓고 요리시설 세탁시설도 잘되어있고 아파트먼트인데도 매일 하우스키핑해줘서 좋았어요 근처에 바있어서 시끄럽다고해서 걱정했는데 조용한 방으로 주신건지 저희는 조용하게 잘지냈어요 단점은 프런트데스크까지 계단이라 캐리어 들어올리기 힘든거 그리고 오래된 건물이라 자세히 보면 낡은것이 보인다는 정도예요 저는 이런거 안민감해서 상관없었어요

잘 지냈어요.
가격이 저렴해서 어느 정도 예상은 했지만 많이 좁아요.우선 캐리어를 펼칠 공간이 없다는거...짐 대충 풀러놓고 넘어서 다녔네요.깨끗해 보였는데 침대 헤드 쪽이나 잘 안 보는 곳에는 먼지가 좀 있었구요. 좁은거 빼고는 지낼만 했어요.

4박5일동안 잘쉬었다 갔어요
일단 멜버른 시티 중심인 플린더스 스트릿까지 걸어서 5~10분이면 가능하고 트램으로는 한정거장이여서 위치적으로 매우 좋았고 뒷쪽으로는 서던크로스역까지도 한정거장이여서 스카이버스 타기에도 좋았다 주방식기들의 청결상태는 그닥 좋지 않았지만 간단하게 라면이나 토스트 해먹기엔 좋았고 화~금 요일까지 4박 머물렀는데 금요일밤에 ... 바로 앞에 클럽이있어서 새벽까지 엄청시끄러웠던점과 욕실의 샤워기가 고정 되어있는데 분사력이 별로였음 . 전반적으로 만족스러운 숙소였음 위치가 짱 !!

위치가 good!!!!
생각보다 넓었네요..기대를 많이 안하고있어서 그랬을수도 있겠지만... 욕실도 넓었는데,샤워부스를 좀더효과적으로해놨음하는생각을했다는,,, 무엇보다 위치가 너무나 좋아서,어디든 걸어다니기 수월했어요...

7박 하는동안... 직원들 엄청 친절하고.. 객실도 둘이 지내기에 전혀 좁지 않고 아주 깨끗하고.. 주방 조리시설을 갖추고 있어서 배고플때 간단하게 음식 만들어 먹을수도 있고.. 위치도 늦은 밤 걸어서 야라강변 산책하기에 적당히 좋았음~ 맞은편에 클럽이 있어 주말과 연휴기간에 시끄러울까 걱정했는데.. 그정도의 소음은 충분히 견딜수 있었고 평소에는 아주 조용한 동네~ 또 멜번에 방문하게 된다면 다시 머무를 의향 100%

도심에 위치하고 있어 무료트램을 이용하여 이동하는데 아주 좋습니다. 방크기도 적당하고 주방기구,세탁기,식기건조기 등 정말 집에서 쓸 수있는 대부분의 것들이 구비되어 있어 편리했어요

로비에 들어가는 입구가 계단이라 케리어를 끌고 올라가기 힘들었습니다. 숙소 내부는 넓고 기본 생활도구들이 있어서 편했지만 매우 청결한 상태는 아니었습니다. 위리는 도심지로 이동하기 가까우면서 숙소 위치 자체는 조용한 편이라 좋았습니다. 무료 와이파이를 사용할 수 있었고 로비에 있는 컴퓨터로 인커넷 사용도 가능합니다. 출력의 경우 장당 25센트로 사용가능해서 유용했습니다.

툴라마린 공항에서 sky bus를 타고 시내에 오면 southern cross station으로 가게 되는데 거기서 5~10분 정도 거리에 있습니다. 찾기가 아주 쉬운편은 아니지만 어렵지도 않습니다. 근처에 grocery나 Tram Station도 있어서 지리적으로 불편함을 없습니다. 내부 시설도 괜찮은 편입니다. 다만 다른 분들이 쓰신 것처럼 주말에 주변 나이트때문에 소음이 약간 있습니다. (객실이 7층) 잠을 못 잘정도는 아니지만 아래층은 시끄러울 거 같네요

After i booked i had to contact MadeComfy multiple times as I received multiple emails saying I need to provide my license otherwise my booking would be cancelled (I had done so weeks earlier but had to do manually as any link sent never worked and had someone else's name on it. I requested the invoice so I can review breakdown and see whether a deposit was taken and to make payment from an updated account. I asked for this over 2 weeks in advance and still haven't been provided the invoice, rather being billed to the account i was trying to udpate. When I arrived to the property I requested a second key, for the soap and conditioner to be filled (they were empty) and followed up again on the invoice/deposit. I am now home 10 days after the email and still haven't received any response

The location was great and the front office/reception fellow couldn't have been more helpful. The room was clean and the handyman wandering about doing jobs was also very pleasant. Great value hotel!

Terrible experience with early check in, wasted 3 hours because reception didnt make arrangements for us to pick up keys.Prior to that contacted us urgently requesting for payment to be made asap or risk reservation being cancelled, because reception is unmanned at weekends. Requested for early check in made, but no details sent. Not possible to connect to out of hours mobile, no response to voicemails and messages via Wotif. Another couple arrived with same issue and local residents stating "people wait by the door a lot". Rooms are average, shower does not have an easy to locate midzone between freezing and scorching which means showers are not an experience they need to be and extraction fan is loud enough to disrupt sleep if light is used overnight. Very dusty aircon unit and missing some cabinet door handles. Overall average and probably would not have minded, given it was chosen for location, but very poor service let it down in the end and has negatively flavoured the stay.

Hi DimitryWe are really sorry about the you not having a good experience, We had to contact you few times to organise the payments for your accommodation because the credit card you provided declined 3 times, that is the reason why we had to cancel your booking and reinstated after you had sufficient money in the card.The guaranteed check-in time is 2 pm, we do send all the arriving guests check-in details before 2 pm. unfortunately you have arrived early at around 1 pm.The front door to apartments are locked at all times because of the security of the propertyThank you for your stay

Property is located on the fringe of the CBD. walking was easy. Trams in the area are free. Restaurants within 100 Metres. Facilities within the apartment were very good. Shower was very small and the extractor fan sounded like a jet taking off and operated when the light was turned on. Overall we were happy with the apartment.

Location is decent but there are pubs downstairs that make a fair bit of noise on a Fri/Sat Night. The room we stayed in needed some repairs and a refreshment. The sink tap was loose and wobbly and was barely usable. The toilet wasn't super clean and the toilet paper was one ply. The pillow was also poor quality and extremely flat and the bed was pretty soft. Overall it was average at best and wouldn't stay again

The property was overall basic and spacious, and achieved what I required, somewhere to rest my head, in a quiet location. The door to the balcony was locked without the ability to utilise it, and all other windows were locked shut without the ability to obtain fresh air in the apartment. The window in the kitchen did not have a full set of blinds, which was a little unnerving for one who wants privacy. A number of other items did stand out throughout the apartment. However at the end of the day, if the price is right I would consider returning to spend another night.

Very noisy at night. Whilst convenient to town, the loud music from a nearby nightclub or pub went on until 3am on Friday and 4am on Saturday. Rundown but OK for the price, the only real drawback was the noise. Staff on check-in were very friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay in Melbourne!
Great location in the CBD! Very close to many sights and shops. But because of that, there were some nights where there was loud noise at night/in the morning. Wasn't too much of a problem for me. The room was very cozy and had everything I needed. It did get stuffy at times though. Overall, the place is good for those wanting to keep to themselves and have an apartment-style vibe.

was given one room, but this had a fuse box that was making noise, so I asked to move. They moved me and advised that the new room was "noisy" but I was not told that the noise came from a nightclub and that the noise could go on till 4.30am. If they had, I would have stayed in the first room. Shelves where glasses stored had not been cleaned in either room for weeks. Bed in the second room had a leg missing. I would not recommend and I would not return.

Close to everything. Easy checkin and checkout. Nice and clean but smaller than led to believe in pictures. No milk provided even though tea and coffee were.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and had everything from a dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, heater. Close to southern cross station and multiple tram routes, lots of shopping and dining options and to top it off the staff are so personable and professional!

Overall, had a great stay. Apartment was perfect for the two of us, and the location made it so easy to walk around Melbourne. Some fantastic bars within a few metres. Check in was very pleasant, and prior correspondence to confirm our booking was fantastic. We had stayed here pre-covid, and we will certainly stay again next time we are in Melbourne.
