Great accomodation right in the heart, and would stay again. Only negative was the noisy people around us, but that isn’t the fault of the property, more ignorant people than anything!

No consideration given to the fact that I had to cancel due to a life threatening medical condition threatening my partner. Her brain tumor operation was brought forward by her neurosurgeon, however hotel management decided to stick by the no-refund cancellation policy. Not to matter that we already paid out many thousands in hospital and specialist bills, this hotel management wanted their couple hundred regardless.

The unit had a very good room layout and the kitchen was a decent size for my needs. The area (North of the CBD) suited me well for meeting up with my family and Fitzroy has a great range of restaurants-especially along Lygon street. It’s an artistic/shabby chic area with several galleries. Would book this place again and recommend it to others.

Average apartment
The apartment was large & contained the usual but felt a bit soulless & tired. The grey net curtains blocked the light & a pretty view over the gardens & pool. The heat pump needs cleaning, as do the windows. The rest of the apartment (bedroom, kitchen & bathroom were clean). The location was quiet & in easy walking distance of many shops & restaurants although I'm not sure I'd want to wander on my own after dark. Parking is available for $20/night. The apartment was on the second floor with no lift. The reception staff were lovely & incredibly helpful. Not sure I'd return as there's so much choice elsewhere.

Easy city stay
Excellent location for a short city stay. Close to plentiful public transport but in a very quiet garden setting. Very welcoming staff who went out of the way to accommodate all requirements.

This is a great spot on the edge of the CBD with fantastic transport availability as well as being a walkable distance to the city. Easy parking, large comfortable apartments and great facilities.

Great family location
Great location, close to tram stop and not too far out of the city. Plenty of space in the 2 bedroom apartment, nice and secure and off road parking. Very comfortable for a family of 4, great in apartment facilities.

A quiet apartment with a balcony was just what we needed and enjoyed. I loved that there was a washing machine and dryer and full cooking facilities. I like the quaintness of the building and lovely to have gardens to walk in. Cafes very close by. We will stay again.

Great Stay
We stay here whenever we are in Melbourne. The apartments are very comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. The location is so convenient. A short walk to the CBD or jump on a 96 tram to St. Kilda or a 86 tram to Docklands.

Staff were lovely, very comfortable apartment with a comfy bed and pillows, very private. I had dinner at The Standard Hotel, a short walk away. Overall very happy with everything and will stay again.

I’ve paid three times as much for rooms that don’t provide what this place does. Excellent location and magic staff. Made our trip to Melbourne really easy. It’s where we will stay from now on.

Awesome place to stay, central to every where we needed to go. So close to the CBD. It was like a home away from home. Some minor maintenance needed in our apartment but no drama.

These apartments are a welcome surprise hidden in the laneways of Fitzroy. Constructed around a well maintained and spacious courtyard and pool gives it a pleasant feel. The apartment was very clean and tidy and more than big enough for two people and even better for me as I was on my own. It was also very well fitted out for anyone who wanted to be self contained with meals and cooking. After reading reports from some of the other accomodation in the area, I am very glad I picked this one.

Lovely quiet room. It was convenient having laundry facilities in apartment. Great places to eat nearby. Short walk to catch street car around the CBD. No lift available to upper apartments.

The Gardens are lovely and if you had a car there is good parking. Its close to everything via tram. The bed and the linen very were good to sleep in. The down side was the rooms were tired. The sofas were very average and the curtains were stained and torn. There is no air vent in the bathroom so it can get a bit stinky.
