I think that this hotel has the greatest location with services including turndown. There is nothing to complain. I would like to list some points that i was not satisfied. 1. Valet parking fee applied daily is high. 2. Breakfast quality. They have great food, but the variety of the food served was not satisfied.

즐거운 추억을 만들기위해 나름 조금비싼 스위트를 이용했지만 아침일찍부터 시끄러워(소음) 숙면을 취하지 못했습니다. 해당사항을 얘기했으나 충분한 사과도 받지 못해 아쉬움이 컸음.

Excellent hotel! Service and concierge team were very accommodating and attentive. Breakfast buffet was good although options were slightly limited. The hot water pressure could be improved, we found it difficult to adjust the water to the right temperature.

No pool in a 5 star hotel was a bit surprising. They should clearly mention that in the ad. You can use the one at Novotel but it’s a hassle to ring the reception to book it and then use the pool 2-3 blocks away.

4泊お世話になりました。予約がシステムの問題で入っていなかったようですが、受付の方の対応が良かったので、特に不満はありません。ただ朝食は空きテーブルがあるのに案内が遅く、2日連続で頼んだコーヒーも出てこない等(初日は3回頼んでやっと来ました)、色々と不満があり、品数も少ないので2日間は外に食べに行きました。部屋は景観が良く、立地も便利です。

Felt like my 6 year old was more than welcome and they were happy to have us there as a family. They even surprised us at breakfast with a 'happy holiday' dessert for him and tried to give us a table by the windows. Breakfast was excellent quality and a lovely selection. Room service was nice and arrived quickly. Views from room and restaurant was exceptional. highly recommended
