Very friendly and helpful reception. Room was spacious and clean. Complimentary light breakfast was available which was not expected when we made our booking making the price even better value.

I have stayed in heaps off hotel's around the 🌎. And this had to be one off the finest ones . Staff friendly and helpful . And the room was so comfortable and had everything we needed . I will definitely stay at the mantra in Melton again .

Ive stayed in 6 different motels over a 7 day period and my stay at The Mantra was amazing. Comfortable bed, great service, great food. Highly recommended

The property had closed due to deep cleaning of an adjacent area, but we were set up in a safe area and allowed to stay. We were the only guests in the proper! It was so lovely that they accommodated us!! Lovely staff. Large, comfortable bed. Huge, spacious room. Tea and coffee provided.

Easy, quiet & convenient.
Easy location to access when arriving into Melbourne from the West. Easy parking and 24 hour check-in. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed. The only issues is they have no breakfast available so if you have a big day and early start you are probably going hungry until dinner.

The room was very clean and spacious, it was a nice room, my room in particular was on the ground floor right near the lifts so there was always noise from people coming and going between rooms and floors which made it noisy. The lighting in the room was also very very dim. Overall it was a nice place to stay, most of the staff were very friendly and the room was nice

Nice large room
Room was clean, spacious, warm but very noisy. There was a motor running all night, we thought it was the fridge (but not), we thought it could have been the heater (but not), it seemed like it was the interior hotel heating which cold be heard in the hall. The people in the next room could be heard with loud muffled voices & outside the room the doors could be heard opening & closing

Only place I stay in Melton.
Great place. Only place I really stay in Melton. Good bed, shower and bathtubs in each room. Good restaurant/sports bar to grab dinner and a few beers after work. Exactly what you expect it to be for price and description.

the room had broken or missing hooks in the drapes the curtains were dirty .the dusting was poor .The Bed was joined but had different levels and had a bump dip in the middle .

The room was amazing and bigger then expected, the only problem has was the height of the shower head and also the hairdryer was broken and resulted with my friends hair getting sucked in and burnt

Spacious room with a king size bed Very clean room, quiet. Will stay again. Not keen on paper cups but probably a temporary measure in the current climate.

When we arrived at the front desk, without being greeted or acknowledged by the receptionist it took some time for us to be checked in. We had little information explained to us, it was quite vague. We also had to assume and ask her where the rooms we located. The rooms and facilities were wonderful, spacious and comfortable. I would feel comfortable booking again.

Hotel all fine . Comfortable room. Fine if travelling to see trots. Some meals in restaurant are ok. The previous time I came the buffet was ordinary. Mixup with buffet this time we had to have a la carte. Example satay chicken was tender but the sate sauce was ordinary as if it was out of a packet. The pesto chicken pasta was ordinary. Best stick to steaks or parma.
