Room had a bad odor and the air conditioner was very noisy. We didn’t have enough towels, and I didn’t like the sink being outside of the bathroom and right by the front door.

I loves that expedia chose this nice place for its to stay (expedia was shocked that OYO had not held my reservation properly. So they helped me find a different place)

I did not like they forgot to clean our room the first day and service at front desk was poor, did not receive a copy of receipt of charges of room and had an issue receiving a refund on my deposit.

The rooms are outdated. Mold under the desk. Sofa looked dirty and worn. Other furniture looked aged. Staff was upset I wanted a refund. Breakfast was awful. Area was not cleaned. No one came to put out fresh food.

Upon arriving to the hotel we were advised that due to the hard freeze there was no water because of broken/frozen pipes. The manager on duty advised us that they couln't give us a refund since Expedia booked and paid for the rooms. The manager advised us that if we contacted Expedia that they would explain the issue and authorize the refund. Expedia has reached out to the property but a manager has not returned their calls. Since the property has not held up their end, Expedia cannot refund our money. Sorry way to treat a customer!

Compare to Hampton in and similar others, this is not even close. In our room ac and way up to the ceiling. Even a taller guy needs a ladder. The bath is very smelly because there are 2 water passing hole. Super smelly from drain.

Got there at night, told No Breakfast tomorrow, cook sick, no sign at front desk, but 1&3rd floor ice maker out. Had to call Fr desk to find ice. Then I charged drink and food to room, later my adult son was told he would have to pay cash for snacks.

Horrible never again
It was awful the bed was horrible and the air conditioning did not work. We woke up at 12 midnight and was burning up I called for help and they wanted to switch us to a different room with a double bed we was in a king size deluxe room. The toilet set was broke. I spent two hours in plugging the air conditioner and plugging it back up to get the room cool

Disappointing
Well, would you want to pay $125 for a night stay with breakfast included if the toilet seat slips to the side when you sit? Or you go down for breakfast at 915 on a saturday and there are no eggs or biscuits? Go back at 930 and still empty? No one in sight to ask either? We needed to get back on the road. The best western in texarcana was fantastic! The lady in the breakfast room was always there to talk to and make sure things were full. On the positive side the bed was vwry comfortable.

The staff was very friendly, but the room was noisy, air conditioning malfunctioning,there is not sound insulation from the highways, the constant noise does not let you sleep. At 3 AM an evacuation alarm activated, for no apparent reason. I don’t like to criticize, but it was a very bad experience. Thanks

Good place for a quick, overnight stay.

Good location. Rooms of decent size. But common area and dining area need better housekeeping services to maintain a clean and tidy environment.

Clean room, but they cut corners.
Surprised for the price that the room was smaller than comparable other hotels. Bathroom was dated. The bed didn’t have regular sized pillows but rather, 4 throw pillow sized pillows. Still a good clean room and comfortable though.

The room looked NOTHING like the pictures online. It was so small, you could jump from one side to the other. The wall looked like it had mildew/mold on it. The hallways smelled like weed covered up with bleach. The lobby was beautiful, but the actual room was awful. We talked to the man at the front desk and expressed our concerns. He gave us a “free upgrade” to a different room. This room looked like the pictures, but was still not very clean.
