Someone left the alarm clock set in my room and we were woken ip at 6 am. Also the bed seemed old and was uncomfortable.

Pros: Safe location with clean, spacious rooms and amazing free breakfast options. Cons: Poor TV entertainment options. No streaming services like Netflix. Walls are extremely thin and this location is near active train tracks.

There were big dogs in a room barking constantly. Breaksfast is not the quality it used to be. Front desk did not inform properly about how the $10 per night in drinks and snacks works. Front desk does not provided receipt for voided charges.

I Litterally liked my whole stay here. We brought our service dog with us on this trip. The staff was very kind to him. Night time staff was very friendly . Day time staff (christine) was also very nice ..i wish i had gotten the names of the night audit one was just starting there and the other lady gave me a helpful list of places to eat and engaged in goid conversation with me. Our room was very clean , breakfast in the morning was amazing, good variety of food.. so glad we booked here.

I would not stay here ever again
Our TV and coffee maker didn’t work so went to front desk for help. Women just walked to the back office as I was talking to her. I thought she was calling someone, but she never came back. She said we couldn’t get a new room. Went to get coffee from the lobby ‘24 hour’ coffee station and it was ice cold. She said it wasn’t her job to make coffee and we would have to wait to 6am. I have never met a ruder, lazier front desk person!

The location of the hotel was close to everything that I needed. There are plenty of restaurants within a couple of miles. The hotel was older, but it was very clean and quiet. Which for me means a lot. The front desk staff in the afternoon was super friendly and helpful; the morning staff at checkout...not so much. She was not very pleasant! I did not have time to enjoy the breakfast. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very clean The breakfast was great on both days of our stay. The temp to the room was good The only major complaint was the king size bed was horrible. The mattress needed to be replaced years ago I told the front desk employee on Tuesday and Wednesday how horrible the mattress was and did not receive any comment from the staff. We did not get much sleep due to the mattress We always stay at a Hampton Inn hotel when we travel

The property was a little dated as far as decor. However, it was spotless. The employees were all extremely nice and welcoming. Parking was a breeze. The rooms have large flat screen TV's with a variety of cable channels as well as Nest thermostats. Also, the complimentary breakfast was top tier (I personally LOVED the mini omelets). I would certainly stay here again!

The gym was small and we couldn't get the air conditioner to cool the room, making it difficult to sleep. Other than that, I loved the staff and the clean rooms, and it had a great breakfast!

Nice, clean business friendly
The hotel was in a good location, clean, quiet and well maintained. The service at check in was quick and very professional. The room was spacious and had plenary of towels. There were also several restaurants close

Front desk staff was great. Rooms were clean and the hotel is convienent to the interstate,plenty of places to eat nearby, Walmart and Target. Public restrooms downstairs were clean. Breakfast was good: Bacon, eggs, sausage and gravy, fried potatoes, sausage plus everything within the continental breakfast. I would stay there again.

Great hotel
The only negative was the thermostat. The air conditioning kept cycling off during the night, regardless of the temperature setting.
