Very good value. Quiet and comfortable. Very near to excellent beach and facilities. On other side of island from airport and so car hire well worthwhile to see coast, go on beautiful walks around coast and interior and to go to water park, zoo, Mahon - harbour trip and museum: all recommended.

La casa aveva una parvenza di pulizia ma entrando nei dettagli: lenzuola sporche/macchiate e bagno e cucina mai stati puliti. All'arrivo abbiamo comunicato che c'era una rete del letto rotta e lo scarico del bagno rotto, dopo averci detto che chiamava il manutentore e sarebbe venuto al momento abbiamo aspettato 4 ore in casa a vuoto perché alla fine è venuto il giorno dopo e dopo aver perso circa un ora e aver sporcato di nuovo la casa con trapano e attrezzi alla fine ha deciso di cambiarcela. L'unica nota positiva è stata la posizione dell'appartamento, a 50 metri dalla spiaggia di cala Blanca e dai vari servizi.

Apartamento muy caluroso y ruidoso. La ducha era muy mala. Durante 5 días no funciono internet. Fuera de eso, la ubicación es recomendable para moverse, esta bien ubicado y hay lugar para estacionar el auto. Desde la recepción, nos atendieron muy bien.

Vistas muy agradables y cocina muy bien equipada con todo tipo de utensilios. Por contrapartida, y con tal de sugerir una mejora, la puerta puerta del mismo apartamento era muy antigua y estropeada, por lo que daba poca confianza.

Geräumiges Apartment in schöner Anlage
Angenehmes Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern und Küche in einer großen Ferien-Anlage mit zentralem Bereich mit Shops und Restaurants für fast jeden Geschmack. Ausreichend Parkplätze, wenn auch abends nicht unbedingt direkt vor dem Haus. Menorca Mitte Juli war überfüllt - mehr Mietwagen als einheimische Fahrzeuge. Das macht sich besonders an den Stränden und in den Städten bemerkbar - kein Durchkommen oder weit laufen. Wir hatten mit Mietwagen gebucht; die Mietwagenfirma ist abseits vom Flughafen in einem Gewerbegebiet und bietet einen Transferservice. Allerdings sind wir mit Privatflieger in Sant Luis angekommen, und da ist NICHTS - es hat 2h gedauert ein Taxi zu bekommen. Wenn man das so macht, vorher kümmern ;)

El apartamento está muy viejo. Las camas desvencijadas, gracias a que somos de poco peso. Los muebles viejos y con olor a cerrado. El baño muy pequeño y viejisimo, la bañera en un estado penoso. Pocos utensilios de cocina. No hay aire acondicionado.

original building had been taken over by local hotel and new signage was not put up until two days after we arrived late at night and in the dark. we were chasing around trying to find the apartments. The reception is located miles down the road and is not well signed. fortunately we asked the cleaner where it was the following morning so we could book in otherwise we would not have had a clue. I can supply photos to back up this problem. fortunately expedia were helpful in solving the problem as we didn't think we would have a bed for the night after a long chase around in the dark.

Esta muy bien situado, muy cerca de cala blanca y de la parada de bus que te lleva a ciudadella. A 10 mim de cala Santandria y muy cerca a los super. volveria a ir. el apartamento era amplio y muy limpio.

Apartamento muy sencillo, mobiliario viejo, cadena del wc rota, ventilador inestable y ruidoso, hormigas en la cocina, sofá deteriorado. Ambiente familiar y tranquilo. Ubicación buena, a dos calles de Cala Blanca. Calidad/precio demasiado ajustado, por debajo de lo esperado. A las 10:05 no estaban picando a la puerta las señoras de la limpieza para echarnos (check out).

Little gem
Lovely little place of you just want a quiet base. Had pool to self most of the stay and lovely little area. Very quiet but just what I needed. Apartments are basic but clean, have all you need for a break.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Luglio con una coppia di amici. La struttura è molto bella, dotata di piscina utilizzabile senza limiti di orario, un ampio spiazzale adibito alla colazione, e camere spaziose dotate di un ampio balcone. Per chi soggiorna al piano terra, consiglio di non lasciare mai aperta la finestra della camera da letto per evitare l'ingresso di blatte come successo ai nostri amici. Io invece al secondo piano non ho avuto nessun problema. Il personale è stato molto gentile, in particolare una ragazza italiana che ci ha fornito tante informazioni e ci ha consigliato di andare a vedere una festa patronale tipica di un paesino, e un signore del posto credo che ci ha informati delle varie escursioni prenotando per noi un'escursione a cavallo molto bella che consiglio a tutti di fare. Dal b&b è raggiungibile a piedi cala blanca ma le spiagge più belle sono quelle in cui bisogna camminare 15/20/30 minuti a piedi per raggiungerle dopo aver parcheggiato l'auto. Con l'auto si raggiunge in pochi minuti Ciutadella e a piedi i tantissimi rent car e supermercati. Zona ben servita.

Very well situated.
Close to the beach, pool and amenities, this apartment was very well located. Safe for children and in relatively peaceful surroundings, all this apartment lacked was air conditioning. The free use of Wi-Fi and lack of mosquitoes was very much appreciated. We are seriously considering returning for a longer period of time.

A circa due minuti a piedi da Cala Blanca, gli appartamenti sono situati in ottima posizione e vicini ad ogni comodità, nonché a pochi km dalle spiagge più belle dell'isola. Purtroppo però le camere, pur carine dall'esterno, hanno interni vecchi e da rinnovare, soprattutto il bagno. Pulizia non delle migliori. In generale siamo stati bene, ma con una piccola ristrutturazione sarebbe stata una vacanza al top.

A nice apt hotel with very pleasant staff.
From beginning to end our stay was very pleasant. Our apt was located close to beach, and bus stop for easy access to nearby town or other beaches. Restaurants plentiful and varied, though some had already closed because of the time of year (end of their season). Would recommend Cala Blanca and Menorca to other holiday makers.

A dos minutos caminando de Cala Blanca. Apartamentos muy comodos y completos. Habitacion amplia y baño grande. Muy confortable para pasarbuna semana. Muy tranquilo, y personal muy amable. Sin duda el año que viene elegire este hotel.

El apartamento está bien situado, la zona es buena, Cala Blanca cerca de una calita que está bien. El personal de recepción es agradable. Pero me parece que el apartamento es un poco caro para lo que ofrece, el estado del mismo es perfectamente mejorable.: El mobiliario es muy austero, la puerta de entrada se puede abrir con la gorra, la tele del salón podría ser un poco más grande con respecto a las dimensiones del mismo. Resulta un poco oscuro el apartamento, escaso de luz natural y eléctrica. El check-out es un poco pronto, 10 de la mañana aunque es cierto que si te haces un poco el remolón tampoco te dicen nada.

El personal de los apartamentos fue correcto en el trato,pero ni mucho menos amable. De hecho,el penúltimo día de estancia,me negaron un rollo de papel higiénico,diciendo q lo colocaban por cortesía,pero solo cada dos días y ya habían pasado esos dos días. No quise insistir. El apartamento en general era incomodo,sobre todo el sofá (el mas incomodo q he utilizado nunca) en el q apenas entrábamos dos personas. La cortinilla de la ducha tenía toda la parte de abajo con humedades y moho y el grifo estaba viejo y mal colocado. El ventilador parecía q se iba a salir al funcionar en cualquier posición q no fuera el mínimo. La televisión era imposible verla a la noche,porque tenía continuos cortes por la mala recepción de señal. Para terminar,decir q los apartamentos anuncian wifi gratuito en las zonas comunes y de eso nada.

All round great value
second time at these appartments, had a boys weekend with teenage son last year so put together a holiday for the family based around these apartments and this special area. As we needed a two bedroom apartment this year we were not at the main residential area but at the satellite apartments a mere 50 meters away. These apartments had their own pool which was never busy but was a good area to mix and meet other guests if you wished. We had some al fresco lunches and drinks at the pool as our apartment was very adjacent and on the ground floor. The real plus points are: that it is a two minute walk to the beach. Five minute stroll to the restaurants and bars that are at the central area of Playa Blanca (watch the sunset from the area opposite the bars, it is wonderful), there as a bus stop just over the road with connections to all over, the apartment was spotlessly clean, towels changed twice in seven days, sheets once, loads of hot and cold water and the staff are helpful. The minus points are that it does not have a great outlook if in the satellite apartments, the kitchen is not built for cooking although you can get by, and there is no air con. That’s it really for the money it is 5 star but don’t tell everyone as I will want to book next year and I do not want it to be full!

Nel complesso non male. Problemi con la serratura dell'appartamento e con l'illuminazione del bagno (su un totale di 7 gg, 3 gg al buio nonostante le segnalazioni e la sostituzione del neon!) Nulla da eccepire sulla pulizia e sulla cortesia del personale (Ruth, fantastica!). Comoda e pulita la piscina!
