My experience was terrible because the heat didn't work. When I reached out to customer service I was told there was nothing anyone could do. No one offered me any blankets or another resolution. It took a hour for the night staff to finally bring one blanket at 3am.

I chose this property and area because I thought it would be up to par with cleanliness and a more inviting atmosphere. The beds weren’t stable, floors dirty underneath the beds, smell of weed in the hallway, bed frames dirty, not enough towels for the number of guests in my room and not enough lighting in the room.

Overpriced, sub-par accommodations. They could do better with the place but choose not to. We will be back to the area but we definitely will not be staying at this hotel again.

Smelled terrible of smoke! Not really an extended stay because you have to rent plates and silverware and a coffe pot in your room is $40! You have to empty your own garbage and to make a call from the landline in the room is $1.00 per call! Worst though at 10am (11am checkout) the manager pounded on my door like the police! When I answered he said, “Are you checking out today!?!” Unbelievable. Seems like a nice place but it is NOT. No free breakfast either. These people have no idea how to run a hotel! Never again! Not Extended Stay. More like Stay Away!

Comparing this property to the extended stay in merillville, this one feels a little more bare bones. Comfortable enough but front office closed most of the time, no coffee station, no shampoo. Hard chairs instead of comfortable ones etc. Fire alarm went off frequently due to someone burning food repeatedly, which of course has a bit more to do with the clientele. Comfortable bed and clean room. Someone on the 2nd floor was making a ridiculous amount of noise for hours; sounded like they were playing with a box of rocks or moving the furniture all night.

We didnt have enough towels. The cable TV would go on and off. Trying to call the front desk,but know one would answer the phone. The walls had dust on them above the microwave. The other walls had dirty spots on them.The bed was awful. It needs replaced. The mattress had a sinkhole and the bottom of the bed. When I laid down to go to sleep I felt like I could fall out of bed. Due to the mattress. I have stayed in Extended stays before and this one was the wost. .

It was exactly as stated in the name: for extended people not someone for 2 nights. We were just visiting in town and missed the amenities that a normal motel has. If I were staying for a week then it would have been fine.

The property smelled of cigerette smoke. Also our room had a crushed bar of soap (unusable) and no shampoo. We had been training in the the woods for the prior 12 hours and were just getting to the room at 1:30 am. Just wanted shower and bed. Had to settle for rinsing off.

Lack of personality at front desk and no one there to check us in at 8 PM when we checked in , We had to call on the phone to get someone to come to the desk. The room is nice just thought the desk clerk had no personality and there was no real comfortable feeling when we checked in .

The staff is excellent, extremely helpful and polite. The room was clean and quiet. The entire property is well maintained and clean. The continental breakfast is excellent and fresh. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and the food is delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

Extended Stay Service should be out of business. I paid 125 for one night. My experience to say the least was less than pleasing. First I asked for extra towels and pillows. As we only were given 2 pillows for the 2 of us. When I asked for extra pillows they told me they didn't have any. I've traveled a lot and I've never had this happen. Also the fan in bathroom didn't work let alone it was dirty and had not been cleaned ever. There was dirt under the bed we found hair ties and garbage like they hadn't swept under the bed at all. One of the lights didn't work. The last thing we had no heat!. I waited 30 mins after I turned the heat on and had to call the service because no one was at front desk. When I finally was able to get the guy onsite he said he was going to get the maintenance to come and look at it. Another 20 mins later nothing. So when I called back I was told that the guy was not coming because he was intimated by my boyfriend who was tall. I'm 5'5 my bf is 5'10' not that tall I said I want a new room and he said we are booked. I said there are still rooms available online you are not sold out. Just slide the keys under the door so we can change rooms and he said he was booked. At this point I'm calling the bank and disputing the charges in the am. Never stay at this place you created like a first rate criminal. I guess you get what you pay for.
