Hello and thank you for your review. Our pool is not open so for that reason the water has not been changed, I'm sure if you would have asked you would have been told that it was closed. The tv problem is because we had a lot of bad weather and most of the network has been going in and out, we were also having trouble with the Wi-Fi as the whole town was having the same problems. Thank you for your review, but I don't understand why they would be dirty. We have housekeepers who mop the floors and vacuum when a person checks out. I'm not sure what your talking about because we have handicap rooms and I personally went to check on what you wrote on your review because we want to make all customers feel safe, I found none of the problems that you wrote about. Thank you for your review, I myself talked to you on a video chat. We try to satisfy all of our guest but as you no sometimes that's not possible. When people come early we let them check in and don't make them wait for our check in time. The front desk clerk does not know if a room is clean during this time but we try, I am sorry that the room wasn't ready but the next time just come after check in time. We are sorry that you found a hole in the wall, but as you know people try to destroy things when they don't belong to them. We have just finished painting, putting in new furniture, new beds, and also new carpet. It's not that far to walk especially when you are coming for free breakfast. We are working every day to improve our hotel and we are very proud of how it's coming along. We are sorry that you had a problem but we will check on it today and ask that the next time you have a problem to please come to the office and let us know, we will try our best to take care of it. We are also in the process of remodeling our hotel so I'm not sure why you would write the bad review like this. We are really sorry you had problems here, our reception's are usually really nice, they all greet our customers with a smile. We have a sign on the counter with a map of the rooms and the time we serve our breakfast. If you would have asked someone I'm sure they would have been glad to tell you. Thank you for your review, we are so sorry you had such a bad stay. I am not sure why our parking lot would have been flooded unless it was raining and we can not control that. We have been doing a lot of work on our rooms and I am not sure what room you had but we clean the carpet after each guest, we might have some stains but we can't tear up and replace the carpet every time there is a stain but as I said we do clean it. The paint coming off the ceiling is a bit much because I check our rooms at least once a week and I have found no problem . Thank you for staying with us and I would like to say we are improving our hotel daily and hope you give us another chance. Thank you again for your review.

we are sorry that you had this experience, if you come to our hotel and need anything all you have to do is ask. We let people check in to the rooms early and sometimes there may not be towels in the room for that reason. As for as the microwaves I am not sure why yours didn't work because we check to make sure every thing works every morning. I hope you come give us another try but if you have a problem with towels please wait to check in at 2 and if you have any problems please let front desk know. Thank you for your review
