Tv was broken..bathroom door was rubbing tile floor the toilet seat was to big for the toilet the carpet had atains all over hair wA in the shower before i used it .

Very Friendly and helpful staff. Very good hotel breakfast. Eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, biscuits & gravy etc...Not just pre-packaged Danishes, yogurt, cereal, etc. Clean maintained rooms, lobby, and hotel grounds.

Great Value
The room was clean (cleaner than a lot of larger brands I have stayed with), bed was comfortable, and the shower was amazing - hot and great water pressure! Breakfast was a decent assortment of packaged products, nothing special, but adequate to grab and go.

Comfortable king bed. The bed makes the stay in any place, and this one gave us a great rest. Staff is courteous and efficient. Check-in was fast and efficient. Good stay, here.

No way ever would I stay there again !!
I will say this hotel is an embarrassment to the Choice system hotels. Stayed at Sleep Inn’s before and this one is an exception…..a bad exception. This hotel is the pits….rude front desk staff, dirty stained carpeting in room and hallways, wallpaper by TV peeling off. Carpet was so dirty my feet were black on the bottoms. My wife and I got up earlier than we planned just to get out of that hot mess. Called Choice hotel customer service and of course they were no help. About as worthless as the hotel and the staff. I am a gold member of Choice and will go out of my way to avoid their hotels in the future. You will not be treated well by the staff if you have any issues. It’s been a whole day since returning home and I am still upset that I wasted my time and money at this crappy hotel.

Dirty on the inside, nice on the outside. Ammonia smell from week old urine in the bath. Carpets not vacuumed. Broken lights and towel rod. I would not recommend.

Poorly maintained hotel
This hotel is poorly maintained. Lots of stains on carpets, repairs done poorly. It was okay to sleep but if I had my wife with me she would have insisted on getting a different hotel

We slept pretty well because the hotel was pretty quiet. However, there was a funky odor in our room and the carpet in the hotel is quite stained and worn. The breakfast bar was pretty good and the staff we interacted with were helpful and competent.

Sink was not working. Lights were not working. Room was dark. Finally was able to make one desk lamp work. They should have changed my room.

Very convenient to the interstate at a very good price. All staff was friendly and/or attentive. Room could have been cleaner (stained carpets, mildew stains in the shower) but still very acceptable. Bed was fairly comfortable. TV had some weird issues with the picture, but we were only there for one night, so it wasn't a big deal. Breakfast was adequate with both hot and continental options.

The worst room EVER. Dirty room. Holes in carpet. Dust on all furniture. Only two towels. Brown stains on pillows. Lamp near doesn’t work. Just feels Nasty. I want a refund. Not worth the price AT ALL. I am So MAD RIGHT NOW. Can’t sleep.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. It appears that the room booked by you was an accessible. The assist offered a full refund and cancelation that you refused. He also stated that after asking for extra pillows, you walked off without getting them. Refunds are given before a night's stay when you first arrive to the property, not after you have made use of the facility. That particular room had just been opened back up with from work on the accessible bathroom, all linen had just been replaced. It was a room with one bed, so there were 2 of each towels in the room which is the Choice requirements. Have a blessed day!
