This place is very old. Can hear everything in the adjacent rooms. Gym was terrible.

No doubt that this hotel has withstood the test of time. Have been staying there for years and it does not disappoint. ALL the staff is friendly especially the bell staff and those in the restaurant. Rooms are clean and updated. The rates are still very reasonable. Overall, a third generation (my kids) of travelers to CDMX are now experiencing what this hotel has to offer.

Solid work hotel in a convenient location. Friendly staff, but my only caveat is don’t get a low floor (M or 2) in the back right… the noise from the garage door will keep you up at night.

We left the room at 7amd and we put the service request signed, we came back at 9pm and the room was not service. The room did not have mattress cover and the sheets were ripped, there was 3 of us and only 2 bath towels and the shower was plugged

This is a charming hotel overall very nice. The only thing I was close to was an elevator and the bell of the elevator kept me awake for several nights. The air or fan quit down the noise but, it got too cold so I turned it off. Also, there was a smoker in the sma floor I was the hotel never manage that issue I was very disappointed about that.

The AC didn’t work properly and sometimes didn’t work at all. The fridge was not cold at all and the bed was so hard. The restroom door only opened half way because of the construction in there the wall blocked the door from opening. I wouldn’t stay here again. Nice staff though

Before reserving this hotel I kind of doubt it bc I read some bad comments and some good ones , so I was undecided. I gave the hotel a chance and guess what ! The hotel was great 👍, the staff was very kind, its located in a safe street ,the room was clean but it kind of smell alittle. And there was hot water! So I would definitely reserve again!

Room size great, water pressure/temp good. Site says English, but not really. Older hotel, but not bad. Food was regularly cold and not very good even at the restaurant. Service was inconsistent. One day they'd show up early to clean the room, and the next they didn't show up at all.

Google maps take you to dead end street - no fault of the hotel. The split unit (AC) did work but the remote was not easy to use. We call room service and they quickly fixed it...I found the price to be more than adequate and would book again when needed.

A very well located hotel, with excellent service. Rooms are large and very comfortable.The restaurant has a great buffet in the morning. Personnel are friendly and helpful. It has a gym, and the hotel is located on Insurgentes Avenue, walking distance from large department stores, bars, restaurants, banks, and the beautiful Sunken Park (El Parque Hundido). Prices is extremely reasonable. Taxis are immediately available.

Location for me is always important. If you have things to do in this area of the city, it is a great place. The Metrobus is across the street, you can also get a taxi. You can walk to numerous restaurants and shopping. In the corner there is a wonderful park. The hotel is dated, but clean. The service is wonderful and so the restaurant that is in the hotel. There is also the convenience of parking. Because there are not amenities, the price is right.

It is a good place to stay due to location, but unfortunately it is too dated, the carpet, the beds, the bathroom, the shower, even the TV… no channels in English! Staff very friendly and providing a good service, but the whole installation is too old
