Lugar limpio y seguro. Cerca del Comite olimpico que es a donde ibamos. No hay tiendas cercanas para que prevengas y lleves snack o agua. Alli hay frigobar, estufa y microondas Las fotos corresponden al lugar, la televisión esta en la sala solamente. Tienen agua caliente solo que se tarda demasiado tiempo en salir y se tira muchisima agua en ese lapso. El personal es amable y servicial. En futuras visitas nos hospedariamos nuevamente. Nos trataron bien.

La habitación como tal es promedio pero con las siguientes observaciones: - La cama en la habitación fue matrimonial mientras la que se ofrecio cuando reserve fué king size, ademas el colchón fué muy incómodo - Se escuchaba mucho ruido que producían los vecinos de otras habitaciones - La televisión que era de pantalla plana era muy vieja y no se veía bien, además que la progamación es muy limitada - El servibar de la habitación producía mucho ruido al encender y apagarse - El baño de la habitación estaba minúsculo

If you most stay in the area.
The apartments are in a good location, it’s a residential street, nice and safe. Communication is very confusing, I rented 3 apartments, 2 were given to me in one building and the other in a different building 3 doors down. We were traveling as a family with young kids and was really inconvenient. Apartments are ok, toilets run and run due to bad plumbing. The water in the shower takes forever to get hot, then is either too cold or too hot. Beds were ok in some of the apartments, awful in others. If someone does not speak Spanish, it’s totally impossible to communicate with the people that take care of the building. Parking is very difficult due to the fact that 3 cars need to be parked in one row, one behind the other. A car cannot come out without moving the others.

Me gusto que es comoda , espaciosa, está en una zona muy tranquila. Lo que no me gusta es que mo tienen A/C. No prestan servicio de limpieza los domingos, nonhay una recepción donde puedas comunicarte en cualquier momento.

el servicio de limpieza es de lunes a sábado, no hay una recepción, pero el encargado del edificio esta al pendiente las 24 horas y es muy facil localizrlo a traves del interfon

había reservado 2 departamento de 2 habitaciones y a ultimo momento me avisaron que una de las habitaciones no estaría disponible y nos dieron una mas pequeña con una cama extra, y a la otra habitacion doble le agregaron también una cama extra; fue un poco incomodo

The staff and administrators are super!! They really go out of their way to make your stay hassle free and comfortable! When we extended our stay they honored the price we booked at!! Definitely 5 stars!

The pictures were not the best to represent the apartment. The place was very nice and good communication. Not good enough for a larger family as me and my husband have 3 children and it was a tight fit.

Safe and comfortable
The area where the apartment is located is safe and residential, surrounded by very nice houses (there were no restaurants very close). The location for me was perfect because of the activities I was planning on doing, but take in consideration that it is not that close from the touristic places and you´ll need a car or an uber. Check in was very easy and the service was good. The apartment is just as the pictures show and it was clean. We have noise from the pigeons, that would stay just in the window (it would be very good if they put something on the windows so they don´t stay) but other than that it was a very nice stay. Wifi also worked properly

Nice place, excellent location walk distance to most places, the only reason that I giving 4 starts it's because the bed needs an update the mattress are very hard and noisy, otherwise very clean and the staff who's taking care of the apartments are very friendly, will came back if possible

El lugar esta bien. Deben mejorar el servicio
El lugar esta bien y muy bien ubicado, sin embargo, en los 5 dias que dormi ahi, nunca pusieron mas Shampoo, ni papel de baño.., y nunca hubo Kleenex. Tuve que comprar mis propias cosas. Los mismos empleados del edificio hacen mucho ruido desde la PB en el cubo de luz interior del edificio, despertándote a las 6:00 AM con sus platicas y ruido.

Nice place in a quiet residential area
Nice place, the type of self-service studios (with kitchenette, mini-fridge, small dining table and sofa), with daily cleaning and changing of towels, plus daily washing of one change of clothes. One small bottle of mineral water is provided only once upon arrival, which is especially good when arriving at night and until you could go to a shop next day. Be aware that there is no air-conditioning, which I did not need during this season. The reason I evaluated the location as medium is because the place is in a quiet residential area (which is good) but away from any restaurants, mini-markets or grocery shops, so you'd better be ready for long walks or taxis/Uber. Although you could also have a free parking for one car, I did not try this option. It is worth-noting that I got a slightly cheaper rate through hotels.com than a colleague who was staying at the place during the same period but booked through another site. If you're looking for a quiet residential area then this is the place for you; otherwise, the city has other vibrant locations that are full of activities.

Clean hotel in safe area
Very clean hotel that is reasonably priced and located in a safe area. I take walks around the hotel area and have always felt safe.

Nice apartment
The hotel is nice if you consider that they don't have a reception or any shared amenities like a gym or so. If you are looking for just an apartment to rent this is a very nice option. The first night I was afraid of the noise as the street was very noise (weekend), but after 11 pm we were able to sleep with no issues. The people that work there are great and very nice, specially the cleaning lady. They were very helpful all the time.

A nice hotel in the Lomas de Chapultepec area. Safe to walk around the neighborhood. It is close to our family's apartment, so it is great for us.

A comfortable clean hotel with great staff.
I enjoy staying in this very clean hotel with an accomodating staff. I feel very safe in the hotel and the area around the hotel. I take walks enjoying the beautiful homes and landscaping in the area.

Very clean hotel
Great location if you need to be in Lomas de Chapultepec. The hotel is in a beautiful safe neighborhood. I feel very comfortable taking walks in the area. The price is unbelievable for where it is located. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very accommodating.

Nice hotel in a beautiful part of Mexico City.
Very clean and comfortable suite. It is like having my own small apartment in the heart of one of the most expensive residential sections of Mexico City. The cost is very reasonable for the size of the room and the location of the hotel. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I stay at the hotel every 6 weeks to visit family who live nearby. I am sometimes accompanied by my husband, but stay by myself on occasion. I feel very safe even when alone which is very important to me since I am 65 years old. I feel comfortable taking walks around the area where the hotel is located. There is a wonderful fruit and vegetable stand a block away.

Hotel-departamentos muy tranquilos.
Por error no encontramos toallas, que estaban guardadas en un cajón ya que mas que hotel, son departamentos así que prepárense para ustedes encargarse de la limpieza personal, pero nos resolvieron esa noche, de una forma muy amable. Duermes super agusto por el área en la que esta, necesitas taxi para moverte, pero si van a descansar esta muy recomendable, volveré a quedarme ahí.

Horrible experiencia. La primera noche me estaba haciendo un frio tremendo 10 grados..me informaron que la calefacion se prende UNICAMENTE por dos horas...no sirvio de nada..no pude dormir en todo la noche del frio y me dio resfriado. Tambien cuando llegue me dieron una habitacion que le dicen estudio ..le indique al portero que mi reserva era por una habiotacion con terraza y le ensene la reserva que claramente indica que pague por una habitacion con terraza.El portero le llamo a la oficina y sin mas explicacion me informaron que esa era la habitacion que tenia reservado.. Despues me cambiaron a una habitacion con terraza pero no sin antes decirme que eso no era lo que pague...Despues constantemente la oficina me dejaba mensajes con el portero para informarme que yo estava equivocado...se convirtio en unaa molestia muy grande porque ya casi era bullying...No entiendo porque la oficina no puede hablar con el huesped directamente sino que dejan mensajes o/y usan al portero como intermediario . Soy huespe [porque tengo que estar comunicandome con el portero? ...JAMAS REGRESO A ESTE LUGAR --- NI JAMAS SE LO RECOMENDARIA A NADIE...
