The hotel is absolutely excellent, the location perfect for visiting historic city area and many attractions within walking distance. However, the area of the hotel is extremely busy/crowded and did not feel very safe in evening/night. Many food places around and in hotel but clearly aimed at tourists (expensive and not very good) so to find better options we uber away to other neighborhoods. Overall, if first visit and you want to be at the heart of the action, this is probably best option.

The best about this property is the kindness of their staff. Absolutely the best hotel staff ever, not only they are helpful they welcome you with a smile and make your stay memorable. It is absolutely amazing! Also the location is perfect, walking distance from the center and as a hub to to explore the city is fantastic!!!

My family and I had an amazing stay at the Hilton Reforma. The hotel is in a great location to enjoy the city’s culture and great food. The staff were amazing and very hospitable. My next stay in Mexico City will be at the Hilton Reforma again.

I could had stayed anywhere but I chose this hotel because of the reviews. Unfortunately, my 2 night stay was a nightmare. After our first night my husband and I woke up with cotton like material all over our face, hair, clothes, absolutely everything covered in white. I could barely even breathe and my husband had it all inside of his mouth. The floor was carpet was covered in white too, I immediately called to be changed room. The person helping us take our luggage said they had just changed the air conditioner filter to the room and it seemed the white cotton material was from that, all they did was apologized. It took forever to take it off my hair and stuff. The second day while I laid naked in my hotel room bed, two people walked in, I started yelling and panicked but so did they. My husband came out the bathroom and followed them. They continued to apologized and said they were given the room key, when we called downstairs they said they made a mistake because the room was marked as available. I cried all day of embarrassment. We also have a lot of expensive stuff, designer bags, clothes and gold. I can only imagine what could of happened had we not been in the room. All the hotel did was offer that night free. This was a horrible 2 stay for me, didn’t even feel safe living my room the last night.

Really nice hotel in a cool part of town. The room was gorgeous! I was sad we couldn't use the outdoor pool because of a wedding but it wasn't a big deal because there was also a smaller indoor pool. Our stay here was really nice!

El tipo de la entrada no me agrado que llegue y pregunto si éramos huespedes, entiendo que deben llevar un protocolo pero como íbamos en look muy simple mi compañero y yo, creo que eso le dio desconfianza, así que creo que no deben dejar llevarse por las apariencias.
