Es la tercera vez q me hospedo en la propiedad y esta vez no estuve cómoda. La habitación olía a ratos a drenaje, si dejas abiertas las ventas hay mucho ruido del exterior, si cierras las ventanas mueres de de calor, ya que no cuentan con AC o un ventilador. Los productos de tocador de calidad muy baja, al igual q las toallas.

Nice place, too noisy
Everything was great, but hotel is atop a night club. Our room was POUNDING until 2am. I’m pretty sure the bathroom floor is directly above the music- way, way too loud.

everything was good from cleanness, to a lot of restaurants to pick from around the area and friendly staff. i would give it a 5 but i will admit the downstairs bar at night does have the music too loud to the point it vibrates… it can make it hard to sleep if you’re a light sleeper. music doesn’t go off till 2 am. we let the staff know if there’s anyway they can lower it after midnight but was told that they’ve received complaints before and told the owner about it but owner doesn’t seem to care much about the guests’ feedback in regards of the loud music so that was upsetting.

The location is excellent and easy for walking to good restaurants, bars and various other conveniences. My room was spotless and well appointed. As a person who has traveled a good amount, the most exceptional aspect of La Casa Nuevo León are the Staff all of whom were patient, gracious, very helpful and always quick with a smile.

Cute & friendly hotel
We had a large group traveling together for a wedding, and this was the perfect place for our trip. We enjoyed the central location, rooftop for gathering, café below, and most of all the incredible and friendly staff! It was great value and had a fun energy.

Location!
The staff was excellent at helping me in the early morning cancel a hotair ballon ride. The rooms could use sprucing up... Great location but either a/c or a ceiling fan would have been good.

Liked: the room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower was excellent and nice toiletries were provided. Our room, #25, was in the back which is good because it's away from Calle Nuevo Leon and the bar downstairs. Did not like: Very small window in this room which didn't provide much airflow. The weather was very hot during our trip and the room was stuffy. The staff gave us a fan, which helped.

Omar was amazing, and so responsive. He helped us to get reservations, arrange transportation, laundry, etc. we loved our room and the amazing bath. It was a little noisy but we expected that, as we were right off a major street.

SMELL! Room smelled like an animal had died in my bed. The staff acknowledged that it smelled awful but did not seem to care to help or fix the issue. No resolution was offered. I had to sleep on a friend’s couch it was that unbearable. Criminal for them to knowingly sell rooms that smell that disgusting and not offer any help. Oh and it’s so loud you may as well be at the bar. Avoid at all costs. Worst hotel experience ever.

Awesome place and awesome people. The style and details were unique and thoughtful. I especially liked the ceramic cups and ceramic water jug. *** That being said, ask for a room that isn’t on top of the loud bar. We were able to sleep through it. Not sure everyone could.

Overall recommend this any place to anyone visiting CDMX for there first time. Cleanliness, Staff, and Location were all winning factors for this place. Only concern I had was that with no air conditioning, there was not air circulation in the room and room felt very muggy at times. I would recommend asking for a fan of the staff and provide one. Another concern I had was with very loud music at night from the bar next door. At times it was very hard to sleep, so definitely not a place for light sleepers. But either then those two issues, the place is great and recommend staying here!

Beautiful renovated hotel with awesome rooftop terrace, double shower, amenities in large refillable glass bottles instead of plastic. Queen size bed with comfortable bedding. There was no AC in the room but we opened windows and slept fine. Love the connected restaurant/coffee shop downstairs. There were still having renovations for what looked like a kitchen. The staff was very nice. I needed to print forms for my flight and they were very helpful. This hotel is going on my bookmark list for my next trip. And it's across the street from an amazing bookstore/cafe on walkable tree-lined streets

Amazing service!
They allowed us to do an early check in since we had an early flight, and while they were checking if this was possible, they offered to hold out bags until the room was ready so we could explore the area until check in as a plan B. Beds were comfy and the general ambiance was stylish. There’s a beautiful coffee shop downstairs and a lively bar connected to the hotel as well.

Está en una excelente ubicación, y la distancia al aeropuerto no es muy grande. La atención por parte del personal es muy buena, y la decoración simple pero bonita. Sí lo recomendaría para una estancia corta.

Excellent room + location!
We had a lovely time at this hotel, the staff was super friendly and upgraded us to the master suite! The bed was firm and super comfortable. Bathroom was large and spacious, just lacked body soap and a hair dryer. The location was perfect, easy to walk to Roma Norte and La Condesa. I'm really glad we stayed here.

El hotel está en renovaciones y no lo notifican . Al llegar no había personal para hacer mi check in , tuve que esperar casi media hora para que me atendieran . Me pidieron no tomar un baño porque estaban reparando una fuga , y además , había una cucaracha en la habitación .

Greatly disappointment
The hotel seems that is near to closing, a week prior my arrival I tried to get in class tact with them via phone, email, Facebook and they never answered. The rooftop is completely abandoned and in general very disappointing. The bed are by far the most uncomfortable bed I have sleep on. So I will suggest to travellers to look for alternatives in the area.

Me encanto la decoración, el diseño, los detalles. Pesimo servicio de los encargados de hacer las reservaciones, tuvimos que hacer check in por la madrugada y no teníamos habitación, el encargado de las reservaciones era el guardia quien amablemente nos proporciono una habitación, pero sinceramente fue por él que pudimos pasar la noche allí, si no hubieramos dormido en el auto (los viernes no hay encargado de recepción), no hay estacionamiento y no tienen convenio con ninguno cercano, tuve que dejar mi carro en la calle con parquimetro, levantarme a las 7.30 am para ponerle más saldo al parquimetro y me robaron los biceles cromados de mi carro por la noche.
