The hotel is very conveniently located and staff is very helpful and friendly. We were offered towels and chairs for use at the very relaxing pool area

Wir hatten ein großes Appartement im Nebengebäude. Leider liegt das direkt an der Straße, so dass es recht laut ist. Das Gebäude ist von außen in die Jahre gekommen, aber innen gut renoviert. Der Miami Beach Trolley hält fast vor der Tür. Die Ausstattung ist okay. Die Sauberkeit verbesserungbedürftig (z.B. Haare vom Vormieter im Bad), aber Wechsel der Handtücher täglich. Wlan ist sehr schlecht. Ansonsten Strand fußläufig erreichbar. Parkplätze vorhanden.

Tht place is over rated, there's no relation between the price and the quality. Is very old with poor maintenance and a lack of attitude of some employees

staff is nice, check in easy, i had a kitcheotte room so cool it had an iron, coffee maker, dishes, microwave, safe, ocean across from hotel where you can run… tv limited channels and dont park in front cause its a lil difficult at times with traffic and how the property is at a curve… this is a minor thing. ac works great. free trolleys and bus walkable. 10-12 blocks for a grocery store publix and cvs/walgreens the other say. cool place to sit outside on the balcony and chill

Für eine Zwischenübernachtung war das Hotel gut. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal freundlich. Man ist fussläufig schnell am Strand. Allerdings liegt das Hotel direkt an einer sehr befahrenen Straße, so dass es dadurch (auch nachts) sehr laut ist.

if you don't like the noise don't come here it's loud in the room(I guess was the freezer) and out side. and not super clean. but it's ok to me and i think it's a pretty cute place.

It's an old hotel but maintained OK. Hotel room smells musty when we entered and i had to run the AC for hours to get that smell cleared away without luck. Kitchen is a name sake. No utensils. Only countertop serving spoons and cutlery.

Beach Place Hotel was a really solid value with "free" parking (included in the resort fee) around the property. The property is older but seems very well maintained and cleaned. It is noisy being right on a main road, but nothing that earplugs can't solve. Service from the front desk was polite and efficient on checkin and checkout. Other than the beach, there isn't really anything to walk to, but a few blocks in either direction will get you to lots of shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for one night, the person at the front desk was very friendly! The property is older, but it was clean. The beach isn’t too far across the street. The worst part was the noise from the street, it was so loud and constant all day/night. It was very difficult to sleep. The tv was also not working in our room, the cable/satellite was out. For a quick trip it was fine, but probably would not stay for multiple nights. As of this review, still have not had the deposit released back from my account , I was told it would be released at check out and was just a hold, but it actually withdrew from my account.

It’s a motel, and it’s not fancy, but it does all the things you need to at a high-level. Staff are nice, room was spotless and updated. You are one block from the beach, and they even provide beach towels/chairs/umbrellas. we had a wonderful stay.

Good economical option in close proximity to the beach. We were pleased with the location for a budget option that was clean and comfortable. Area was noisy but that can’t be helped. Staff was friendly. Small issue with TV and WiFi but was able to fix both. Overall the place was clean, convenient and would recommend.

The property is advertised as a hotel. It is more of a motel. They charge a resort fee but you have to carry old beach chairs to the beach. Other hotels of same price range arrange the beach chairs and umbrellas at the beach. The room had the odor of the pool right nearby. The door kept jamming. There was no working phone line to the front desk. The wireless faded most of the time so the tv kept freezing. There was free parking. The drain in the bathtub was not working adequately.

Les femmes de menage refont seulement les lits aucun nettoyage des toilettes, balai ou poussiere. Chauffage/climatiseur non fonctionnel. C'est plutot un motel que hotel (pas de lobby seulement des chambres directement sur la rue sans couloir)

the bad had hair and some kind of bugs in it; the sheets were probably not changed. I had to sleep in my clothes and use my clothes as a pillow.

The hotel was older but well maintained and very quaint. It was close to a beautiful beach but the hotel pool was NOT heated as advertised

I am so grateful that the housekeeping found my tempurpedic pillow and gave it to the front desk. I picked it up a few days later. The room was clean. Right by the beach. There was a funky smell, but that may be because of the humidity and moisture.

If you have no other options it is okay.
Staff was very nice: however, the hotel needs a full renovation. We had to constantly keep door open as it smelled like mold. The towels were all stained and the bed made us itch so bad. I’m not sure if it’s the mattress or the detergent they used on the sheets. Neighborhood isn’t the best but it is a quick ride to other parts of Miami.
