I stayed in unit D, which is in the rear of the complex and has excellent access to the pool/courtyard.
Unfortunately they charge an absurdly high tax and recovery fee of $138.99 for 2 nights and a deposit of at least $250 is required. Parking is a nightmare, even for Miami Beach, they require a $100 cash deposit plus $10 per night for the parking permit AND you aren't even guaranteed a parking space.
The complex has no lighting, not at the entrance gate or in the courtyard, completely dark at night.
NO PRIVACY. Window in shower faces 2nd story of adjacent apartment building, people can definitely see in, there should be blinds or a curtain.
Overall the apartment was sub-par, especially for the price. Small details like no toilet paper, broken remotes, insufficient kitchen utensils, etc, etc added up to a very unpleasant stay. The owners of this 'hotel" failed to represent it accurately so I can only recommend Casa Gaby as an absolute last resort
