Hello Shakina thank you for your review. Please keep in mind that our staff assist guests frequently and are busier around 11 AM and 3 PM when guests are checking in/out. We provide toiletries based on the number of guests booked in the room, but guests can request additional items. Unfortunately, the magnetic stripe on the key cards are sensitive and tend to deactivate when exposed to heat, or placed next to cell phones and credit cards. Our apologies for any inconvenience.
