Hello Sun, thank you for your review. We are a historic Art Deco hotel, only one block to the beach and Ocean Drive. We provide standard and Suite accommodations with a lobby bar and a cozy courtyard area. We are disappointed not to have met your expectations.

Hello Kimisha S. Our rooms are cleaned prior to each guests arrival, so we ask that you let the staff know if there are any issues, during the stay. We do not have bed bugs at our property. We have weekly preventive maintenance, with documentation, and a thorough inspection process to comply with state and sanitation requirements for the safety of our guests and staff. Hello Huma. We offer a fully stocked minibar with water included, for a cost. Our accommodations are prepared with linens, towels, and amenities in the room.
