We were actually very disappointed in this property. For the extremely high rate that Expedia charged to stay here, this definitely fell WAY short of a luxury resort. The property itself seemed to be reasonably maintained with the exception that the pool was dirty with things like napkins or small pieces of trash in it. In the room itself, there was paint slopped all over things like the wall switches, floor tile, etc. Every closet door came off the rail when you opened it and the bottoms of all doors were delaminating. The bathroom wall had black mildew in the grout of the tile, and both the toilet paper holder and hand towel bar fell off the wall when used. We had 4 people checking in but were only initially given 2 washcloths. I had to call twice and it took over 4 hours to get more. You don’t get fresh towels unless you call. There are multiple light switches that turn on nothing. One of the wall plugs was loose so you had to jiggle it to get it to work. The handle on the fridge was lose, the bed post was broken, and the bedroom door handle was lose/not properly installed. The balcony door couldn’t lock.Pretty much anywhere you look there was something needing to be repaired. On the positive side, the building was quiet, beach chairs were nice and we had no trouble getting one, playground very close that our children loved, and valet was quick and easy. Having a grocery store and Walgreens within walking distance was a definite convenience. We didn’t need our rental car.

BEWARE!!! Not LUXURY ! The bed was like a hammock, they never came to check the living room TV which didn’t work, the bathroom was small with no counter space, we had to walk thru the garage to get to the beach and no restaurant. And extreme difficulty in checking in as reservation missing…had to pay for another room and have waited for over 30 days for a refund from the first reservation which was canceled. Avoid Global Luxury Suites like the plague

I booked an ocean view room, I got a partial ocean view room. When I went to ask, the lady who was in the front desk had an attitude and said “you have to call the company”. When I turned my back she was laughing with another person who was sitting next to her. she was clearly laughing at me I don’t know why, but this was very unprofessional. I’m addition, the room was not clean, we were supposed to get free bottled water, and we only got two on our very first day and that was it. I feel very disappointed, I regret choosing this hotel.

Great place
The hotel is very luxurious and beautiful. Our apartment was very classy and vet comfortable We did have a problem because when we wanted to discuss the fact that the beach chair concession closed early we had to class the rental company since the front desk does not deal with those type of complaints.

The property is located in a very safe area. As soon as you pull up to the lobby doors, a valet/door man is awaiting to help you inside and park your vehicle for a small fee. The lobby attendees are warm and very friendly and are willing to help you in any way possible. The suite itself is beautiful and very inviting, the views of the city, the bay and the ocean round out and make it worthwhile staying here. I think the only thing that might need to be updated is the sofa bed, which seems pretty worn out, but besides that the 2 pools and spa area is phenomenal. Quick and easy access to the beach out back, will definitely be returning back and will push to stay in either an oceanfront or corner oceanview next time.

Hotel was ok, I was expected a luxury place but not really!! ! Stuff weren’t nice at all only person who was attentive was the valet guy .. Another thing was that we weren’t able to enjoy the hotel at night time, everything closed at 7 pm and was not sitting outside or around the pools very disappointed!!

I loved that it had a washer/dryer unit in the suite. It made laundry super easy. The hotel and area were clean and quiet and there was easy access to everything needed. Will definitely book there again.

My experience was average. I liked the 2 pools, the hot tub ( even though I thought one was in individual Rooms). Loved the short walk to the beach. I was a bit annoyed having to use different keys one to access the room and one to access the elevator plus a wrist band. These things can get lost easily and the cost to replace each is hefty. The hot water in the unit I stayed in was sporadic. I liked the place overall and I would go back.

My first time writing reviews. Horrible experience with this property. Bugs all over the rooms. The customer service didn't work. The front desk on the property has nothing to do with this property owner. So, tried to contact the customer number but nothing worked out. Multiple bites from bugs. Dirty dirty dirty! My experience
Everything was good but the fact that we couldn’t get more towels unless we ordered cleaning service that cost and/or wait for them was not a good experience. Also the valet get busy and I waited for my car for over 30 min and the garage is on site. It was bad enough so we just decided to park across the street the rest of the stay. Everything else was nice and the rooms match the photos.

The view was amazing , the staff was really friendly , the room and apartment itself was gorgeous. My takeaway: the water pressure was extremely low when we tried to adjust the settings to a more bearable temperature , leaving us never to have a really nice shower. 2 : the tiling in the bathroom shower had mildew on it. I throughly enjoyed my stay , love the bed. Besides those take always I’ll book again.
