Very cute hotel. Stayed for three nights after my surgery. Parking was easy. Hotel is very close to restaurants and stores. The only thing that I didn’t like was that the lobby was under construction.

Its the perfect hotel for everything, I stay for over a week and its all perfect, the lobby workers and the chefs are the nicest persons that habe the hotel. 10/10 no dubts

This was comfortable and totally convenient. The shopping plaza across the st has everything you could possibly want. The staff are friendly, and I love the in house bar and snack cafe

The staff was pretty friendly, however the walls of the room are pretty thin, you can hear the noises from outside and the slamming of other room doors. The airco in our room also made a lot of noise which is annoying if your looking for a good nights rest. The shuttle service to the airport was not available which was one of the main reasons why I booked this hotel. I would not stay there again.

Check in seemed unorganized. I was told late checkout wasn’t an option even though somebody was at the front desk getting late check out. I wasn’t even offered options to pay for late check out. She just said no and that was it. We were even bothered to leave the room before check out. Cleaning lady came before check out time so we felt rushed. I paid good money and it was not really worth it.

Had to bring my own trash bags as soon as I got my room didn’t get room service for 3 days and u had to ask them to do it . I vacuumed my own room with there vacuum, coffee is gross . $10 wine from Walmart is $30 there . Pool is cold and dirty . While it’s 78 degrees out side . You can use as many credit cards as you want but can’t use cash . But I called ahead of time due to the fact that my debit card was stolen back in November and that my debt card might not be in the mail by then due to the holidays as I called and asked if they took cash and they said yes. Many employees went and parked in the handicap parking not being handicap at all with no sticker alap. and my husband is handicap and we had to walk many times very far away . Definitely needs some work done about these issues

Highs and lows
This hotels has its highs and its lows, the customer service from both bartenders were excellent (Carlos and I believe her name was Sabrina) they took great care of me. Now as far as the room goes, it was very old, the water and hallway smelled like poop. They definitely need to update the room and bathroom, my bathroom light kept flashing. Overall not a bad stay and it’s around a lot of great places to eat and drink

I reserved a double and we arrived in the room it was a king. The front desk quickly fixed the mistake without any issues. Everything else went smoothly and the room was clean and comfortable.

It was very cute ...modern but unorganized had a room without mini fridge then waited on maintenance had to call follow up twice. They have me new room that had a welcome letter for someone else. Lots of noise on my floor. Didn't bother to call they seem lacking skills to adjucate guest needs. Area traffic horrible.

UMiami move out - convenient location
The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, although when we arrived they were cleaning up a water leak on the floor we were on. It did not impact our room, but the carpet outside the elevator was very wet. We have stayed twice duirng visit to Univ. of Miami.
