The facilities dont have amenities but still charged us, pool and gym is under construction, they should have just charged us the room and thats it. I wouldn't recommend this place. 2 thumbs DOWN

Located well-away from anything of interest, there is nothing special about this hotel if you are not inclined to throw your money away on casino games. You can’t check-in until the latest acceptable time of 3 PM, but you have to be out by 11:00. They don’t have room service even though it’s called a “Resort.” The staff was pleasant enough but certainly didn’t go out of their way for you. The other guests (like most of the time in America) let their very heavy doors slam shut at any hour, and were boorishly loud and obnoxious - likely fueled by alcohol. The only thing I really liked was that there were several tough-looking police or security guards roaming around and keeping a watch on things. During my particular stay, a bicycle race was held in the parking lot on Sunday morning so between 6 & 6:30 AM, I was treated to cyclists banging their bikes down the hallway, slamming their doors, and calling out loudly to each other. This was followed by the Emcee for the race getting them fired up on a loudspeaker or bullhorn, which I listened to very clearly on the 8th floor. Then, when it was time for me to leave, the road took me more than 10 miles out of my way because I couldn’t cross the bicycle course. Last but not least, DO NOT USE their free WiFi. My phone was attacked almost immediately and one of my accounts was compromised (maybe 2…I’m still waiting to see). I will not return to this place ever, but if you like what I’ve described, by all means, book your say here.

Had a late check in, they gave us a late check out without any issues. we had a little chance to play and enjoyed the new games. Everyone is very nice, rooms clean, easy access to FWY. We plan to be back in the near future. Appreciate you all, we were so tired and front desk was the best. Take care!

Wir waren mit der Familie für eine Übernachtung vor unserem Heimflug da. Das Zimmer und der Check-in waren OK. Die Poolanlage war gesperrt und die Restaurants sehen wie eine Kantine aus. Um z.b zum B1 Grill zu kommen muss man durch das Kasino, dabei wurde mein 16 jähriger Sohn ziemlich harsch nach seiner ID gefragt. Das haben wir nicht verstanden und statt es zu erklären fragte der Wachmann immer das gleiche. Zwei Tage vorher kommt per E-Mail das zusätzlich eine Resort Gebühr fällig ist, was ich persönlich eine Frechheit finde.

Machines in casino wouldn't take tickets. Chairs in casino were ragged and need to be reupholstered. Not enough places to purchase food. Room was excellent but no refridgerator or microwave.

the property was nice and clean. the jacuzzi tub was deceiving in the photos it's basically a one person bathtub with jets. there were also issues with the control panel. overall not a bad hotel.

Our connecting flight was delayed till next day, so I searched hotels with shuttle service to the airport. I booked a room at Miccosukee Casino & Resort; I received email confirming there was shuttle to airport but when we checked in I was told there was none. Had I been told the truth up front we would've stayed elsewhere.

Had to continuously keep going back and forth to fix the room key. The bathroom sink and bathtub were clogged. The room temperature could not be adjusted and it was quite warm in the room.
