Room smelt like someone had smoked a cigarette in the room upon arrival. There was no fitted sheet on the bed only a regular sheet to cover the mattress. The mattress also had no mattress protector. The duvet/comforter also had no duvet cover on it and there was some sort of stain on the duvet. Did not feel clean sleeping in the bed. The bathroom had black mold or soap scum in the shower. Room was facing a main road so it was quite loud at night with the window open. Rate per night I thought was good, but read the fine print there is a $35/night resort fee that isn’t included in the rate and billed separately.

Slightly better than a hostel No services whatsoever. They don’t even clean the rooms unless you ask (and even then you have to ask multiple times). Some personnel speaks almost no English but insists in not speaking Spanish if someone that looks European or white American even if he/she addresses them in Spanish Fridge smelled stale. No Tv remote for 3 days. Took 2 tries to find a functioning one Someone knocked on my door at 1130pm.. the day I had to wake up at 5am to catch my flight A far cry from the Urbanica next door (which has also limited services)

Don’t stay here. we got to the hotel we were charged an extra fee that was not mention on the website when we booked it. We was send an email to do an online check in. It said that unless you request a room service, they won’t clean your room. So we did that. Selected the option for have our room clean Next day we went out and when you came back around 3pm our room was not clean, bed wasn’t made no clean towels. Went to the front desk to ask about the cleaning they said that it was done between 2-6pm. So I left it at that. We got ready to continue wih our day. Once you got back after a long day of exploring it was 8 pm and the room was still the same one that we left it at 3pm. Went once again to the front desk and it seem like the guy that doesn’t the cleaning didn’t want to do. It took them like an hour to send someone to clean. Once we finally were able to get in the room. The sheets were dirty. The made was not made the right way. There’s also never one in the front desk. They make you wait 10-20 min for them to show up. The food in side the hotel is gross. Big shout to Luis tho. He was the only staff member you was kind, helpful. That man deserves a raise the rest of them need to go thru some training again.

I felt there was very little information about the area and not enough information about where to go to eat. The way house keeping done was ridiculous and a 35.00 resort fee was crazy because nothing was provided. All that said I would go again because it was well located

Stayed for the a week and absolutely loved the property and staff. Lots of great dining options nearby. Rooms provided a very chill and restful atmosphere to come home to following busy days and nights in South Beach. Always greeted with a friendly smile and great advice by the staff. Luis is an amazing asset to your team. Mini Bar is a hidden gem as well. Will not hesitate to stay here again!

I had reserved two queen beds and they changed me to two full beds and told me it was an upgrade because it had a balcony. I didn’t request a balcony, I wanted two queen beds. They told me sorry, we are full and can’t change you. We also only had two towels in our room for four people. I had to beg for my $30 food credit and then the girl didn’t know how to give it to me.

This property is awful - it misrepresents itself in the posted pictures - the pool is the size of a bath tub, the lobby is virtually non-existent, we had them come up to unlock the serenity room in the middle of the day, the minibar is a very small and nosy bar whose volume travels up the corridor to rooms. We arrived to a dirty room that included a contact on the floor that remained there during our stay - the one day we requested cleaning, they just basically put the sheets back in place. We also arrived to no luggage racks, only one small waste basket in the bathroom, 6 measley hangers, door behind the bathroom having unfinished exposed hooks. The rooms look like a hospital with no pictures on the walls and the phone to the front desk did not work, the television did not work properly, we were promised robes and slippers on the phone and they said oh no we do not do that after we arrived. No real amenities to speak of. The best part is that you have to come down to the front desk with your ice bucket to have the front desk person go to the minibar location to get you ice. In my over 20 plus years of traveling, this was the absolute worst experience.

There was no toilet paper in bathroom. Not even an empty toilet paper dispenser, just no toilet paper in bathroom. I told the front desk and he laughed in my face and was incredibly rude. I arrived late at night and no one was there to remedy situation, left early in the morning to go to bathroom at Starbucks. The pool is tiny, the photos of property are extremely deceiving. They didn’t offer to remedy situation, was just laughed in my face.

The bathroom was disgusting. Hair from previous guests was left in the shower, hair was on the wall and all over bath towels. I requested the bathroom be cleaned and it never happened they just dropped of hair free bath towels.

Front desk customer service was great! Luis was very friendly and accommodating for us. Answered all our questions. All the employees were nice. Pool is very very small and only 4 or 5 lounge chairs. No gym. Elevator was out for 2 days which was inconvenient out of our 4 day stay. Also room seemed very bare and empty not much in it.

The hotel is located between the beach and a major road artery. The area is safe around the hotel. There is shopping nearby and a grocery store. The floor at the hotel was creaking. Perhaps this is an older building and the person occupying the floor above me seemed to be more noisy with his footsteps than you would normally hear at night.
