The room was not cleaned after the last guests’ stay. There was a pair of men’s underwear on one of the vanities drawer. The drain plug on the bathroom sink was broken and prevented the water from going down the drain There was dirt on the bathroom and kitchen cabinets. The floor in the closet was full of dirt and had a couple used Q-tips. The television did not work. The problems were brought up to a lady who was the assistant manager. She did not offer another room. The assistant manager did not offer to clean the room and stated that maintenance was not on duty because it was the weekend. The assistant manager did offer a partial refund, but stated she had to talk to the manager for approval. The assistant manager came back and stated that since I had booked it through Expedia that I had to contact Expedia, who inturn would contact her for the partial refund. Expedia contacted her and the manager ended up denying the partial refund.

Room was dirty… dried stuff on couch, gum or something on the carpet. No hand soap in the bathroom. No sugar for the coffee.

This property includes a small kitchen if you need it. There are a lot of workers that stay in the property for several days at a time, so there is no daily room cleaning. The hotel is conveniently located near I-20 and has several fast food options to choose from. If you are looking for safe, affordable, and convenient, this is your place. If you are looking for more upscale with breakfast and sit down dining options nearby, may not work for you.

Not the best and not the worst. Lots of patched walls that had not been repainted and had a funky smell. I asked if we could get them to get our trash and some extra towels after two days and I was told since it’s mostly oilfield that stay there they only “clean” the room once a week.

I liked that it was located in an area with several shopping centers. Convenient. I liked the entire staff here. Every one was friendly, helpful, and resourceful. Thevroom was clean. The bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again and I would recommend.

I didn't get the room i reserved. Took too long to check in. Thay didn't ask ID when ask for a key after i check in. The add says that had swimming pool but it didn't. No breakfast.

We had a suite with kitchen and 2 double beds. 3 of us were staying in the room. When we arrived, there were 2 dinner plates, 2 breakfast plates, one drinking glass, 2 juice glasses, 2 coffee cups, 2 table knives, 2 forks, 3 teaspoons 2 paring knives, one new and clean dish rag. I would have appreciated a set of 4 in all the dinner ware! A kitchen hand towel and a scrubber would have been appreciated! In the bathroom, only 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths were available. It seems that in a room with 2 double beds and 3 people checked into the room, a full complement (4 of each) towels/cloths should have been available! We appreciated the staff not entering our room to change out towels and sheets. We try to conserve water and energy during this time and when workers are at a minimum!

The staff was friendly and the room was clean enough. There was a dirty handprint on the ceiling, the provided tiny lotion was half-used. There was no hair dryer. The water pressure sucked. - my largest grievance is with Expedia for listing that this property has complimentary breakfast and a pool. Neither is true.

Loved Free washer and dryer....loved the in room little kitchen.....loved lending locker. Loved convienent location to shoping and food choices. Hated the elevator, was scary and shakey, The office staff never answered the phone. Trash cans outside were always overflowing. Luggage dollys both needed wheel replacements. Due to the resident Permian Basin Oil roughnecks, unacompanied younger females should avoid this hotel.

We traveled to Midland for the Junior Olympic Diving Nationals. We booked the room over a month out for a 6 day stay. When trying to check in, I found out our room was cancelled about an hour prior to our arrival. There was another guest having the same issue. The front desk and manager were not helpful and just said "we are overbooked". No offer for assistance. No apology. After driving 19 hours that was not a good experience.

All linens including towels were old, durty, poorly cleaning. Our room wasn't ever visited to be clean. Not even just water is provided

Great unscheduled overnight stay
Great stay. Used hotels.com about 5 minutes before my arrival. When I arrived they already had everything ready. checking in was in less than 5 minutes. Room was more than I expected. Large desk, small kitchenette with stove, fridge and micro. Great overnight stay.

Health Department violations/Fraud/Bad Business
No room available. They gave me a complimentary Out-of-service room 118. Bed needed mattress replacement Filthy room No toilet seat No plumbing connected under sink/water pouring out of cabinet onto floor Dirty dishes in sink Filthy counter tops/desk tops Not ONE single towel or wash cloth in room I was told room was complimentary but a $45 dog charge would be given. I informed them my dog is a state licensed service dog and it will against Federal Law to be charged anything for her. So they ended up charging me $89 plus tax!!! I have reported this to the Health Department and submitted pictures of EVERYTHING.

Our room was great. It was spacious and clean, however, we did not toiletries. We only had enough towels for one person and whe we requested for more for two days in a row, we were told both days, towels were in the laundry.

Theft Vehicle if you stay here...
We booked this for our Tech's to stay at out of town, and Theft was a cause for us to relocate and cancel our stay. They would not refund the full 7 days only for 4 nights. We lost the remainder of the nights.

Pretty bad, overall
The stay was pretty nasty. The elevator was out for a few days and the staff seemed to all just play "the victim." I had a lot of luggage, so they put me into the last room available on the ground floor. The room really just smelled from backed up sewage and was run down with broken cabinets and tiles missing. The microwave didn't work. The staff just really didn't seem to care. Pretty bad, overall.

I was surprised by the pet fee, it was high and unexpected and I had no choice but to pay or lose my room. The curtains in the room could not be closed so all the outside light flooded the room. I don't think I would stay there again.

I didn't like smelling cigarette smoke coming through the vent. I didn't like seeing reminants of food from previous guests visits on the floor. There weren't any amenities in the bathroom (i.e. soap). I had to leave the bathroom vent running just so the smoke wouldn't seep into the bedroom. I left around 2am because I was uncomfortable and not able to sleep.

There was no maintenance on duty. Had toilet issues and they suggested we come get our own plunger to fix it. Then someone threw up in the elevator and they didn’t clean it and put up a wet floor sign .. it’s stayed there and was almost dried when we came back several hours later

Great stay, poor customer service skills
Our stay was pretty much good. The room was comfortable and clean. We were there for only one night, but I’d definitely choose it again for its convenience. I really did not appreciate the front desk lady’s attitude as we arrived. She did not even greet us and was not approachable. Also was not wearing a name tag (otherwise, I’d have stated her name here)

It had a cool feel to it. I loved having a full size fridge and stovetop. My only complaint is that my sink was plugged and wouldn’t come unplugged, but I wasn’t there long enough for it to be a major issue.

Worst IGH Experience Ever
This was the worst hotel experience in my life. There was no maid service at all. Had to ask for linens, towels, toilet paper, and soap. Never received the soap and toilet paper. Linens didn’t for the bed. Had a king size bed with queen size sheets and standard size pillows. 32 in tv’s in large area. Will never stay at this place again.
