Thank you for taking the time to complete a review on your experience while at our hotel. I apologize the parking lot issue and front door issue. We have 2 luggage carts that were been in use when you arrived so my front desk tried to provide you with laundry cart as a help. We do have some companies that take about 10-12 but eat their lunch together so they weren't illegals in the hotel. Your feedback is valuable, and we will investigate to hopefully alleviate these issues from happening again in the future. If you find yourself in the area we hope you give us another chance.
