Arrived to check in at 7:00 pm. Stood at the front desk for well over 15 minutes. Another guest came in and said, you need to bang on the window, they will just ignore you otherwise. I had been saying hello - and looking around. Finally found a lady on a computer. When I poked my head around the corner and said "Hello" she did not respond. She did not say 1 single word to me during check in. I had to come back down because our pull out couch had no pillow, no blankets, no sheets. Again, did not say a word to me. Room was gross, dirty. We stayed for 3 nights, one day they put fresh towels in our room, but that was it. Over the course of 3 days - the only time anyone who worked there spoke was when I said good morning to them. Each night when we returned, found another guest standing at the front desk waiting to check in just like us and no service. I understand that the customer service industry is difficult but I worked at a Hilton property for years and am very loyal. This hotel and their staff - major disappointment. Also, plan on getting breakfast somewhere else. Next time to Midland, will be staying at another brand. Our teammates stayed next door at Springhill and raved about their stay.
